I've been here quite a few times now with the most recent time on March 10, 2018 after I stopped by LensCrafters. Customer service here is great, in my opinion. Anytime I'm looking for something, someone is always willing to help. I had to return a phone cover on March 11th because I had gotten the wrong size and the return process was quite smooth - I got store credit to buy something else in the store. Everything you need is most likely in this store with the majority of the items being clothes. The clothing is very affordable so if you are on a budget, come here. You can find, children's, women's, and men's clothing. You will also find shoes from designer formal shoes to casual shoes. Handbags and other accessories are also sold here. Household items such as bathroom towels, cleaning supplies, humidifiers, etc can bought here too. Literally, everything is here. The only slight downfall is that for the clothing section, it may take you a while to find what you are looking for because there are just so many clothes. I will say that the clothes are labeled properly according to size (small, medium, large, extra-large, etc). Also, every time I've come here, the lines have been long but they have moved quickly. Business must be going well for there to always be long lines or maybe more staff needs to be hired? LOL, either way, people still come and shop at Marshalls including myself. What I love about Marshalls are all the unique and healthy snack items that they have. Seriously, the snacks are yummy but you probably will find cheaper snacks elsewhere. Purchased a pair of pajama pants, removed the tags as I knew they would fit and when I put them on I realized there was a hole that was not visible while on the hanger due to the type/color of fabric. I could not find the Marshall's tag, only the "designer" tag but I had the receipt. Upon attempting to return I was told that I didn't buy them there because they don't carry that brand. I'm including a picture of the hole and receipt incase anyone from the store would like to find me buying the pants on security footage. The date 11/04 @ 6:50pm . Moral of the story, keep your tags and shop less at Marshall's. ( I gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc when contacting Marshall's home office, they did offer to reimburse the $10 but it's still infuriating/insulting to basically be told that I'm lying) read more

(GUYS WELCOME.* Not a Girls-Only Store) If you've never shopped here---or if you have, but only for clothing---don't overlook Marshall's for affordable everyday housewares. Although the selection was limited when I was here a few days ago---and will likely change maybe even weekly---it might be worth stopping in occasionally if you're in the area, just to see what's been added. Although I didn't find what I was specifically looking for on this visit---I did end up discovering the far back corner here at Marshall's. Well-discounted and neatly displayed dishes, decorative bowls, cookware, utensils, kitchen gadgets, coffee mugs, and more. I was most impressed with the glassware, sold in boxed sets of 4 and 6, in both everyday beverage and maybe ten different styles and sizes for wines. Even though I didn't need any, because the prices were so affordable I actually opened a few boxes just to look at them. Averaging just $1-1.50 per glass, excellent values. * GUYS: Time to toss out all those chipped and cracked ones. I've never looked through their clothing, but occasionally stop in to see their latest additions to handbags and shoes. I've made a few purchases that were very good values, but all should be examined well. Last year I found a beautiful Michael Kors metallic-gun-metal-colored bag for more than half off the $$$ suggested retail, that I was about to place in my cart---until I noticed a small spot on the leather. Peeling METALLIC PAINT ! tsk...tsk, Mr. Kors. With friendly, helpful employees, and a clean, well-lit shopping environment, chances are you'll find some really great bargains, too, just like I have. And as far as long lines, the few times I've made purchases, there were never more than one or two customers ahead of me. Lucked out, I guess. If the line is long when you're here, there's enough of a bagged and boxed assortment of merchandise distractions on both sides of the check-out line to help keep you from constantly counting how many people are in front of you. This is just the way it is today for most things---waiting in lines. Before you know it, it will be your turn. See? It's your turn already! So what if you picked up those Scandinavian cookies---you might really like them---maybe go back for 3 more boxes---and that Phillip's screwdriver might come in handy---someday. Hey, the worst that can happen is you'll realize that you really didn't want that screwdriver, after all. So---just make sure to save the receipt. No problem---maybe just another long line when you return it. Compared to most other unpleasant inconveniences in life, waiting in a long, slow line---stocked with impulse-driven goods---is nothing, really. Abercrombe jeans for $25.00? THIS GUY!!!! Now mind you I've been on this quest for some time now, I decided to head over on a cold, rainy Sunday since I couldn't go play outside. I was under the impression that what ever was out before the holidays was going to be it and will disappear pretty quickly, but they had a lot of stock and associates were putting out more!! Do yourself a favor. Don't stop at the clothes. Sure you can get an outfit for cheap or a great deal on some cute shoes. But that's only the beginning. The best stuff is at the back of the store. Need a chair to accent your entryway? How about a decorative bench? Decorative candles (reg price $15) for $3.99? You bet. Hey how about a calendar? Picture frames? They've got a killer selection. Why would anyone ever buy a serving dish for full price when you can get great quality ones for half price at Marshall's? So many great deals - best stuff is in housewares and bedding. I have loved Marshalls and TJ Max for over a decade now and I even though many told me that I will outgrow my love, that somehow didn't happen. I am actually convinced - once you become a Marhshall shopper - you don't go back. Well of course you can, but this is when you find yourself screaming:" $20 for a pair socks??? What a rip off !" Trips outside of sheltered world of never-ending sales may end up in nervous breakdowns upon seeing the prices so please be careful. Marshallians are a special breed of spoiled consumers who never pay $20 for pair of Calvin Klein socks or $600 for Michael Kors purse. We are sales junkies in the hottest trend of past season but we love it and our world loves us in them. This store is a paradise for shopaholics like me... You can buy just about anything - from the wool coat to the fancy soup ladle without breaking a bank. The most useless ( like soaps in bejeweled cases ) and most useful ( like cotton socks and underwear) things lure in with red tags like $ 2.99. The choice in the store is a little bit limited compare to TJ Max but it's almost impossible to leave empty-handed. If you can't find anything you can always buy a fancy but amazingly cheap tea and contemplate over a cup of it at home, whether this new french connection jacket is really worth $150. I don't know what I would do without Marshall's. They carry designer names at discounted prices. I always go there first when I need anything and it's more than likely that I will find what I am looking for. They have great prices on purses. I haven't bought a purse elsewhere in years. I can find shoes, underwear, coats and clothing for everyone in my family. They have a great housewares section. Everything from furniture, lamps, carpet pieces, bedroom sheets, pillows, dishware, pots and pans, silverware, cooking tools, gourmet spices and foods. Need luggage or cologne? Need a gift? Guess what, Marshall's has it all. It's not big like a department store. It is easy to navigate and I find that the lines move quickly when it's time to checkout. I love Marshall's. read more

I do not understand this place. The people who work here are horrible! When they hire people is it a requirement to move at a snails pace. Every time I go in there the line is backed up , there is usually only one person checking people out, and everyone else that works there just moves around really slowly. It amazes me! read more
