I scheduled a consult with a chemical peel (recommended by my dermatologist) for a week night when I knew I had several days of recovery time afterward. On the way to the appointment they called saying they were running late by 30 min, which to me was no big deal. They asked if I wanted to cancel, I didn't. Looking back, I think this was them trying to get me to cancel. Once I met with the aesthetician, she told me that a chemical peel was "bottom of the barrel" and "a waste of your money, because you're going to be disappointed with the results." She then recommended $3800+ worth of moxie and other services, none of which could be done during my appointment. She also said that after those recommended treatments I would still be disappointed with the results, and would need additional expensive treatments. I left feeling very disappointed and self-conscious. I do appreciate the honesty of this conversation, but it was still incredibly disappointing and wasted my evening. It kind of felt like the aesthetician just wanted to be done with her day. It also felt like they were using the visia results to scare me into buying their treatment plan. At no time was anyone rude, she was very kind and direct. I've had an excellent experience with a hydrafacial in the past at the spa. I think it would be beneficial for them to ask what your skincare goals are, instead of just assuming that you're looking for flawlessness. I have no expectation that my skin will ever be free from signs of sun, as I am outside every day. Mixed feelings on if I'll return. read more

Update: Someone from the spa sent a follow up email and didn't even attempt to make anything right, they instead blamed (me) the client. For example, their response to my complaint about no shampoo being available is that there is a removable handle in the shower. That has nothing to do with no shampoo being available. They made no attempt to address the fact that my treatment wasn't complete (I did not receive a foot massage) or the rough handling during the scalp massage. Update: In addition to this review I've sent two emails and still haven't gotten a response from anyone at Coachlight. Really disappointing customer service. There are some areas where I was disappointed with my visit that I feel can be improved upon. Because I am a new client it would have been nice to receive a welcome email or phone call with instructions for my visit. I didn't receive anything instructing me on what time to arrive or what to expect. Because of that I arrived at 8am for a 9am appointment due to the site saying you have an hour beforehand to use the facilities and I thought I would need to be changed and ready at 9am. At 8:30 I tried the doors again because I saw a receptionist inside. The doors were still locked. She looked annoyed but unlocked the door and said I could come in. I explained I had a 9am appointment and probably needed to change which is why I was early. The facilities are impeccably clean and quiet, so that was a positive. It was a relaxing calm environment, which is what I was looking for. It would have been nice if someone showed me around and explained how to use the saunas and rain shower though since it was my first time. For the treatment itself, the woman was cordial but was very rushed. It felt like she was trying to get through the treatment as fast as possible. She was rough instead of being slow and ensuring the experience was relaxing. I was most looking forward to the scalp massage but she was so rough it was painful and felt like my hair was being ripped out at times because she was going too fast. My hairdresser gives a scalp massage so I know what a proper one feels like. The description of the treatment also said I would receive a mint foot rub, which I did not. After the treatment I was told to shower. There was no soap or shampoo available and my hair was full of oil. When she came back I noted this and she said there was shampoo in the locker room. Showering again after the treatment would defeat the purpose of the lotion being applied at the end of the treatment. So my choice was leave with oily hair or shower again and rinse off all the lotion. After the treatment I was taken back to the main area and still hadn't been given instructions on how to use the facilities. At checkout I was asked how much I wanted to include for a tip. I really dislike when I'm asked this in a busy area with other clients present behind me as it's uncomfortable to bring up issues then and I feel pressure to tip even if the service had issues. I would prefer being able to write it down on a receipt. I emailed the spa about these concerns and asked them to reach out to make it right and I have not heard from anyone. The facilities here are top notch! When scheduling my facial, I did not realize that I was going to have access to additional amenities - including a locker room, sauna, steamroom, waterfall experience, and relaxation room. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival that I was going to get a few hours of relaxation in addition to my facial. I was direct to the locker room and a locker which contained a towel-like body wrap, an amazing robe, and rubber flops to put on. I was then told to finish my paperwork in the relaxation room which contained chaise lounges, mood lighting/music, and complimentary tea/water. This is where I met my esthetician who would be performing my facial. I can't remember her name but she was very kind and overall did a nice job. I was surprised by the few facial options they offered. I indicated that I had very sensitive, dry skin and was advised what facial that would be best. Unfortunately, I was told that facial's mask was still "spicy". I did get warning and just trusted she knew what she was doing, but it makes me very nervous to put a "spicy" mask on my sensitive, dry face. My face didn't burn off or anything but I did leave with some very red spots which was kind of a bummer. My esthetician also performed some extractions on my face, something I also did not realize was even an option. I was very pleased with that, as I had been wondering what these white bumps on my face were for sometime! All in all, this was much more than just a facial and I appreciate the amenities. It is nice to have these additions because the services are somewhat of a splurge (for me anyways). I do anticipate I will make it back and would love to bring some girlfriends! read more

Coachlight spa is amazing. Spectacular. Perfect!! If you're looking to have your lips filled, Rhea from coachlight is who you must call! She does an amazing job and makes sure you dont leave the spa until you're looking the best you can! She also listens and makes helpful suggestions based on what you're looking to do. She's fun to talk to as well! She's only there a couple of days a week so it's best to call as far in advance as possible for an appointment. The waiting area is beautiful, warm and inviting (even though there's never a long wait once you arrive). The receptionist are friendly as well. Please see my before and after photos. I do not and would not recommend this facility for any medical spa needs. Paid over $1,000 with the Master Injector to receive unprofessional results and complications. Jackie, the master injector used an entire syringe on my lips and even admitted that in her entire career I was the first patient she did this on. The filler was placed incorrectly throughout my entire top & bottom lip. Deformed. I also requested for Botox between my eyebrows only, but she also put Botox on my eyebrow arch without my consent. After going to a certified injector in Florida, she confirmed the lip filler was placed incorrectly and quite deeper than usual. She also confirmed that it was quite odd where she placed the Botox as the area I requested is not apart of the training provided the program. First picture is before choosing Jackie as my injector. Second picture is immediately after (July 19, 2022) - this was/is NOT normal. Third picture is in November 2022, I've had a total of 4 dissolve treatments attempting to get rid of this horrible filler placement. Unfortunately I am still paying the price. When it comes to Coachlight, the amenities and facilities are really what set this spa apart. Spa treatments come with use of their steam room, sauna, cool "waterfall shower experience" and relaxation area. When you arrive, you are given slides, a robe, waffled robe wrap, and locker. I've gotten several treatments here, as well as the VISIA Skin Analysis. I wish more of their services were bookable online, but hopefully that will change in the future! If you're looking for a full on spa experience (versus hurrying in and hurrying out) then this is the place for you. read more

After competing a VISIA skin analysis and sharing my concerns, we decided on a series of Moxi laser treatments and skincare to target my melasma. After 1 Moxi treatment, I'm already seeing improvement! Most importantly, Megan is comforting, knowledgable and professional about every step of the process. This place was amazing! My boyfriend & I came here for a couples massage & soak (jacuzzi) for a late Valentine's Day gift. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. Consumer beware when you are having a type of aesthetics such as waxing. I should know better after all -- upkeep can be expensive and painful. Today I thought it was time to get a waxing as well as my hydro facial. The hydro facial was good even though there were some steps missed. I attribute that to the anesthetist not knowing my skincare needs - Danica -- my regular was on maternity leave, but Haylee-- a very nice young lady was pitch hitting and did an admirable job except when it came to waxing the top of my lip. It was a real ouch as if on fire. Haylee admitted when she pulled the tape-- some of my skin came off on each side. She was kind enough to apply an ointment--it helped temporarily, but when I got into the cold -- did it sting and three hours later it began to really hurt. I examined my lip and saw that across the lip Area it was somewhat swollen and red. I called talked to Ally to alert her to my issue. Well it goes to show you that not just the cheap nail shops at the strip mall can burn you with wax -- but even the high dollar stand alone-- elite-places that advertise that we know our specialty--can too! read more

All of the staff were courteous and the overall environment was very calming. Makyla did my facial. Be sure to ask for someone else. I've had better facials in a beauty school. Shouldn't steam or hot towels be used before she tortured me to extract pores to open up the pores? Shouldn't she ask if I wanted that done? My hand and foot massage was wimpy. After she massaged my feet and hands she left them uncovered, being wet and cold. Finally applied hot towels after letting feet uncovered, wet and cold after massaging hands. Everything felt disjointed and unprofessional. I suggest the owner get a facial from her and give her pointers on applying products more professionally. Other facials I've had, I have gotten a face massage, shoulder massage, scalp, neck massage...not here. And usually get my décolletage/neck treated...nope! So weird. I have wanted to check out Coachlight as I have heard great things and it is so close to my home. I decided to treat myself for my 40th birthday and I am so happy that I did. I opted for an afternoon package that consisted of a body scrub followed by a 30min soak in a jacuzzi tub, followed by a 90 minute massage (Collette is amazing); I have never felt so relaxed after those two treatments; it was amazing! I then received a facial which was also top notch. Not only are the therapists and estheticians top notch, the amenities I used one hour prior to my treatments were also amazing. The spa itself looks and feels that you are in a large city or a 5-star hotel's spa. I couldn't have spent my birthday afternoon at a more enjoyable place. After not booking body treatments for months, they finally opened it up. I scheduled within minutes of their social media posts saying appointments were available. After multiple calls and texts asking me to confirm my appointment the last few days, they called less than 24 hours before my appointment to tell me they overbooked and no longer have the ingredients to do my body treatment. I have a toddler and can't just snag their randomly available appointments and their only solution was offering a different scent which would result in me stinking like a beef roast all day. I had Halo and overcharge me for the cream I never purchased , I ask for help and never took care after a month, Rebecca Jones the aestitian misinformed me and did not get back to me after my first treatment until 4 weeks, she said there is a complementary facial, but it's only a cream and warm towel she put on my face. They charge $9 for small water spray without asking. The spa manager is very rude, Rebecca Jones and I discussing my account, the manager kick us out at the receptionist area because she is on the "phone"and continue our discussion to other room, the fact she should take care of that issue. She does not care. A very discriminating lady, if you don't look you don't have money they don't treat you with respect ..unprofessional manager. I don't recommend this place. read more

Customer service is really lacking for the prices charged. I wanted to have cool sculpting done, I scheduled a consultation appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in at the front desk and sat in the waiting area, no one talked to me, asked if I'd like a drink, nothing. There was no one else in the place at this point. I waited about 10 minutes past my scheduled time before my name was called. My consultation was quick, which was fine and I scheduled my procedure. The day of the procedure I got a call asking if I could come in earlier. I had to take time off work, so I said no, I could not come early. They said fine, we'll just do it really quick. OK? I get to my appointment and again I sit past my scheduled time (even though they had asked me to come early). I went in and was given a brief breakdown of everything. No before pictures were taken and I forgot to ask, but I assumed that was standard so you could see your results. They did the procedure (20 minutes on each section), the person who did the procedure had to leave and didn't walk me out. I paid and I waited to see my results. I also took my own pictures so I could try to see the difference. At 11 weeks, I hadn't really seen any change. I emailed the salon asking who to talk to about questions. No one ever responded. No one contacted me for a follow up or asked about my experience. I didn't see much in the way of results and was overall pretty disappointed as it was $900 plus the $200 lotion they recommended. I wanted to try again so I went to Heartland. While consulting with them, they told me the provider had not placed the placed the machine properly and that the treatment time was supposed to be 40 minutes on each section, not 20. They took before pictures from many angles. I did my procedure and they scheduled a follow up appointment for 6 weeks after my procedure, where they again took pictures and showed me the results, which were great. Their prices are honestly pretty reasonable for hair removal, so for reference $200 per appt or bulk 5 for $800 was what I was quoted. Really disappointed by our experience today. This was our second time getting a couples massage here. First time was back in October and was great. As a result, made another appt for today. On arrival, enjoyed the amenities. Unfortunately that's where the good ended - upon being called for our massage, we were informed the couples massage had been booked by someone else so we would have to be split up despite specifically booking a "couples massage" and no one informing us we'd be separated. (It was our anniversary this weekend too ..). In addition my massage I received today wasn't as good as the one I got last time - at times felt I wasn't being draped as discretely as I should of been. Upon checking out and paying the $220 fee for the two 60 minute massages, I mentioned something to the manager about the couples massage problem. Her response "oh darn". This is an amazing place! So professionally run and so relaxing. I came with a friend for a girls trip. We each got 60-minute massages and they were perfect! The spa has all the amenities you can imagine. Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus steam room, rain showers, cool towels and a relaxation room that's to die for! Have had very good services here before. Atmosphere and professionalism is best in town. Have recommended it to others in the past as well. Have had excellent massages and facials here previously. This visit the massage by Collette was bad. I like strong massages but this was bordering on reckless. I said I had zero pain points and only wanted a relaxation message. She used stones too aggressively and seriously messed up my neck with too much pressure. Tried to give clues of too much pressure via my wincing. When that did not work, asked nicely four different times to use less pressure. She seemed angry and not sensitive at all to my feedback. Despite the hour, she did not do full body just kept focused on where she could use the stones. I seriously thought she was going to do real damage to me with the stones on my neck. I hope the pain gets better day four. I will still go back and give it another try as I love it here but will avoid Collette. A friend referenced she had the same experience with Collette as well. The front desk should seek feedback when a service is over so they can make corrections. Unfortunately, they did not. I feel sorry for whoever gets College next time. read more

Wow. I have been to spas all over the world, and this one was one of my favorites. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell that they made a heavy investment into the place, which is exactly what I want in a spa experience. The amenities were outstanding and super relaxing. The ONLY thing that was a less-than-optimal customer experience was the two-hour limit on using the amenities. This seems to be well below industry standard, and I wasn't told about this limit when I booked the appointment. Makes it awfully tricky to have a spa day, and isn't what I would expect when spending $130 on a massage. The whole thing was so relaxing, but this wore off when I had to rush to get out of there in two hours! If the place were bursting at the seams that would be one matter, but until that point they should really give you four hours plus. If that policy changes I will definitely come back for another massage because this place was unreal!! read more
