I had a very disappointing experience here recently with tear trough filler (my eyes look more…read morehollow underneath and I have several uneven bumps on my right side) and botox (on day 5 after the botox my eyelids started sagging and the natural arch to my eyebrows has diminished). I don't know that I would be posting this if the staff had handled my concerns better when I reached out about the filler issue. Instead of working with me to try to find a solution (They didn't offer for me to come in to look at, and refused to consider my request to have the filler dissolved) they said how they told me that I would be lumpy and to just wait it out. They only told me I would be lumpy AFTER doing the filler. If they had told me that this procedure, which they were aware that I had never done before, had a high chance of looking very bumpy, I would not have done it. I leave for what I would say is the trip of a lifetime on Thursday, and to have my face look like this is just truly disappointing. Both my children have asked why I have bumps on my face. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because I have historically had such great experiences with Renee up to this point. (Renee doesn't do this procedure - so I was seen by someone else for this procedure and they also did the botox) EDIT: Here (below) is what I received from the owner, Allison, who did these procedures. Her complete dishonesty about saying she told me anything about being lumpy before doing it is why I'm posting it and taking my review down to one star. I also signed the consent from well over 6 months ago. Big time negligence on her part for not informing me of the side effects BEFORE doing the procedure, which, for the record, still looks lumpy. Additionally, I had to ask her afterward about if I should do anything to care for it, if I could ice it, etc. which she should have also gone over with me without me having to ask. I did go to another place for the sagging eyelids that I experienced. They said that I shouldn't have just had botox in my forehead as it can cause the drooping eyelids I experienced and they were able to remedy it by injecting botox between my eyebrows. To begin, I wanted to point out the copy of the consent form that you had signed which states that there can lumpiness, bruising, etc. in the days and possibly 2 weeks of getting filler in any area. I most definitely let you know before sticking you with the needle that this is a common place to be lumpy for at least a few days. Renee was there to witness this statement to you as well. I have done filler in this area many times and at least half have had at least just a few days of lumpiness which is normal. I have dissolved filler in this area before (done by a competitor) due to it just taking on too much water. But, it is only reasonable to do this after a 2 week period once the body has been allowed to smooth out the hyaluronic acid which is naturally found in the body as well. If we were to dissolve the filler right away, you may have not been able to enjoy the benefit of it if it smoothed out appropriately, and it may have produced more bruising. It is normal to get nervous about the immediate after results but as explained to you it would smooth out. I tried to explain that to you but you went around me and started messaging Renee who did not do the procedure. I am glad you did speak with her because she is also very knowledgeable and she re-affirmed not only what I had told you but that I had indeed informed you prior to injections. I have read your google review and unfortunately you did not give an accurate encounter of our interactions. I think it is in both parties' best interests if you seek aesthetic services elsewhere moving forward. I will attempt to refund you today for your Microneedling 3 pack that was prepaid. Even though I was late they managed to fit me in. Its a breath of fresh air to see someone doing everything they can to make you feel special and most of all comfortable, keeping me informed , answering any questions i had . When getting filler it is definitely and art and i couldn't be more please with the out come, i also got the Diamond Glow ,it left my face feeling and looking unbelievable! Misdiagnosed a wart that my son had. Told me at first appt to put a cream on it. Cream cost $60 and…read morenever worked -as it was for wrong type of wart. Told me if we came back to have it removed she would do some kind of electro therapy, called to come back in when cream wasn't helping, no one returned my call for 3 days so just rebooked the appt to have it removed. Went in to have it removed and told her the correct kind of wart that it was. She acted like they are basically the same thing (they aren't) and she and her assistant were somewhat rude about it. She was really uncomfortable about removing it even though in the previous appt she seemed open to it. She didn't use the treatment she had told me she was going to do. Instead she just cut it off and, from what I've read, this is supposed to be "sealed" with heat, which she did not do. Wart came right back. I will say that from what I have read some warts are just stubborn, so I can understand it coming back. It's the rest of it that I have an issue with.
