This office loves to waste your time. Appointments are canceled last minute. If you show up a few minutes late at the rescheduled time, though... they will not see you. Their phone menu is frustrating to navigate. There are many care providers who put the patient first; I would avoid this office if you value your time at all. read more

My husband and I I have been searching for a suitable dermatologist for myself. many months now I finally came across mr. dermatologist, and at the time I was pretty desperate to find out what was wrong with my hair. With all hopes intact, I made an appointment, and as I wrote earlier, it was a failure, but I had already stepped in the waters, so I continued my appointment. I insisted on a biopsy to find out what was going on quicker rather than waiting for the dermatologist to go through waiting every bodys day. doing so was the best thing I could have asked, I got the answers I needed. I'm giving this dermatologist the characteristics un personable, lazy rude, inconsiderate of patients time and money, he ignored my questions and the details, unprepared for my apt time which he rushed my apt time to aproxenently 10 min rather than 40 like it probably would have had to of been. Then the front desk woman... oh Lord have mercy on all dealing with these women. Snobby like high school cheerleaders telling the nerds no for a date They had every opportunity to inform me of any payments that were obligated for me to pay, but they told me that everything was taken care of by the insurance... Two months later I get a bill in my mail stating that they were wrong and now I am painfully stuck with over $400 / $500 payment!!! Seriously though This dermatologist's work wasn't even worth $400 of work that he claims he had done. Others out there. (. I have gone there for years, but when it became Forefront it's not been the same. No one ever answers the phone. Always have to leave a message. I have seen two different providers and not fond of either one. Both seemed in a hurry and made me feel dumb for what I was there for. One even asked me to "point to the spots on my back that were bothering me". I am not sure how a person can point to their own back?! I ended up not even showing him all the spots so I could get out of there. Very disappointed in quality of service. read more

First complaint, arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, checked in at front desk, and had already did e-check in. Sat down and waited to be called in. Almost an hour later the nurse comes to get me, apologizing of course. Front desk did not tell them I was there. Had a Mohs surgery done, saw the surgeon a week later, was told by front desk no charge for wound check. Well I got charged for the visit. At a second visit to check my surgery spot, it was healing well. The open spot was filled with foam at the time of surgery. Was told to keep it covered and not get it wet so foam would not fall out too soon. Then the surgeon said it fell out, it did not. Or maybe it will dissolve with healing, do you even know what it is suppose to do? Anyways, not good care all around. Did I mention they never answer the phone. Avoid this location at all costs! They rescheduled me three times for an appointment I drive 50 minutes to get to my appointment and I was exactly 1 minute late and she said I'm sorry you will have to reschedule your appointment. What?!? They are incredibly rude here, it's nothing like it used to be. So unprofessional, you literally have to schedule six months out for any procedure. I've been trying for one year to use up an in office credit I have. Absolutely disgusted, save yourself the aggravation and pick somewhere else. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Dr. Kate is fantastic!! I have seen her for several things. She is so intelligent and knowledgeable. She will know exactly what the issue is right away and how to treat it. Terrible client service. I scheduled an appointment months ago to have a skin cancer screening prior to year end. The only day they said they had available was 12-28 and then when I get there was told that they coded my appointment in their system incorrectly and didn't have time for a screening. If my time and my health is not important enough to them to hold my appointment as I had scheduled and they messed up, then they are not qualified or caring enough to have my business. read more

We followed Dr Westgate here from Parkview and I wish she would have stayed there. I have never encountered a medical office with such poor communication skills. My son's last appointment was in June and I have yet to be sent any check out paperwork, office visit summary, or referrals after countless requests. I have even gone as far as having our pediatrician reach out for answers and they too had problems with communication. After 6 weeks of unanswered voicemails I was given a weak "sorry we've had people out sick" apology. As someone who has also worked through a pandemic in the medical field, I have a hard time believing a large organization like this cannot find the resources to answer their phone calls for six weeks. They did however have no problem sending me a bill for $500. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. As a young mother who was told her 3 year old may need an EpiPen for a skin condition and then never followed up with, I was put through an unnecessary amount of stress and anxiety trying to do what was best for my child. read more

Hard to leave the appropriate star review, so I averaged. The medical care I received here was exceptional. 5 star. However, communication with this office is impossible. They left a concerning message about a medical issue, and now I can't speak with anyone at their office. Only a central answering system which allowed me to leave a message, which has not been returned. Very frustrated. read more

I was 9 minutes late to my appointment due to road construction and they would not see me and said I would have to reschedule. The front office staff were rude and robotic. Ironically, they have had no problem making me wait though on my past appointments when they were behind. If you want service like you are at a Walmart then this is the place for you. Looking for a new practice that treats their patients better. read more
