NEVER have any procedure done by a doctor who only read what the RCI Radiologist writes in his…read morereport! Make sure the doctor doing the procedure views the images themselves. RCI Radiologists writes reports without even looking at all of the images and thus missed the root problem. RCI will not return your calls either, ever! They basically investigate themselves and won't admit they make mistakes but rather just say the will use it as a learning experience. You have no recourse when RCI screws up and they know it. You just have to live with the permanent nerve damage caused by their error.

The facial I received was excellent - my skin felt nourished and was glowing afterward. The esthetician (cannot remember her name) was very friendly and offered various products that would work well for my skin. My last two recent visits have been for laser hair reduction/removal - the tech Nicholette is friendly and knowledgeable! After 1 laser hair removal I had very minimal hair growth after 4 weeks. I just completed my 2nd therapy today. The laser Revive uses is quiet and quick - the whole process maybe takes 10 minutes (so much quicker than waxing!) the laser is painless and is said to cause slight soreness the next day, but I did not experience this. Very well tolerated and is a definite must for those of you who are tired of shaving and/or waxing/sugaring!
