The cool thing about this salon is there are two different areas for manicures and pedicures. The bright area is where the manicures took place. The dimmed area in the back are for the pedicures. I haven't experienced this before but I thought it was nice and relaxing to have the lights dimmed. We opted in for the deluxe pedicure and I felt like they spent a good amount of time massaging our legs and feet. The chairs also had the massage feature which I always love. Well, I had seen that this salon carried the candle brand I was looking for and called to check. Despite not having the exact candle I was looking for in stock, Sienna was such an amazing person and literally checked to tell me which of the ones available were the best smelling. I know it was such a strange thing to ask, but she was so sweet and such a help. Honestly, 10/10 customer service and I absolutely trust her on her decision despite never having met her.

Every time I stop in to simply get acrylics, they always try to upsell and when I say no, they keep badgering me to do what they want. I asked what the price was basic acrylics were and they said $30 so I decided to just go with that. As I'm getting my nails done, they bring it up to me again to do what they want and it'll only cost $5 more; so I said fine. When it came time to pay, they charged me $40. I thought they said it was $30 and then an extra $5 should have made it $35. Where did the rest come from? I'm always skeptical of this so I will probably stop going to this nail salon and try a new one in the future.
