Not a luxury experience…read more Came in tonight with my daughter to see minions vs monsters and arrived 20 minutes before the movie. The attendant told us that they still had to clean the theater and to wait. No problems so far. 5 minute before the movie started we were allowed into the theater and found the seat was broken. We pushed the button to have someone come and ask about the seat. Nobody showed up. Not to take our order, not to ask about the button push. Nothing. That's a pretty big issue when you're wanting to order food and drinks before the movie. Went up the concrssipns/ front desk to tell them about it and was told the theater is full can we split up. It's me and my young kid so that wasn't an option. Asked why the seat was broken to hear it may have been broken today but not reported. But shouldn't the people cleaning have noticed it then? They weren't told to clean the theater until 30 minutes before the movie. I was offered a refund for the tickets but it doesn't account for the time wasted. Traveling, waiting to speal with somebody, not being able to order, etc. Ultimately, the theater experience should be a fun event for the family but here, it's just not. From service to accommodations, tonight my favorite theater failed.

I love the class and decor…read more Took me a while to figure out parking there as a newbie here literally to a point where I was "too late to enter the movie" by 1 minute to be exact (16mins I think it was). I was truly pissed and had to come back another day! A movie theater should not do this I drove so far just for the theater brand and management didn't do anything caring. If ppl are late it should be their choice to miss previews or movie parts or not especially on a week day afternoon where it's not packed so not disturbing. I tried the bison burger and it was different not really a fan of the taste whatever sauce they put maybe I'm not sure but I know bison is healthier. The fries were great. The bathroom was gorgeous but they need stronger toilet air freshener someone blew the huge bathroom up unbearably so. The bar was cute & had a patio. Totally would return if incentivized.

The escalators are a long way to the lower floor to the snack bar and the theatees themselves. I hope tombe back there to see Masters of the Universe . That will be something to see . At the snack bar I got a diet coke and popcorn . The hsve huge selections of Candies sodas of all sorts . They have ice cream freezers too . Behind the barista the other candy selections and popcorn machines and more. They have a great staff thrre . But the escalators broke down which was hopefully a 1 time thing . The only problem i had was i tried o. Indeed.com and ziprecruiter that they made the online applications difficult than it has to be . I wish they make it easier for me and others to apply there for jobs. Unless they call me t help me through it someday . This place has no Wifi in the theatres. But yhey should add wifi plugs t charge cell 9bines while watching movies there . This is a great place to watch movies at and kick back and relax . But they need cell phone jammer in order to disable people's phones during the movies as a suggestion. I loved to recline chairs in the theatres they were a nice touch and comfortable there . It was an enjoyable stay this time I hooe to coone back again .
