He then quoted me $1199, and $250 a year after for upkeep (what is the point of their "Protectant" if I need yearly upkeep? When I said what happened to the $299 offer he said that was only for very small houses with easy roofs. It all went downhill from there. I questioned the add and he told me I couldn't read (video add), and when I said the add said nothing about small houses or easy roofs he rudely replied "don't tell me what to put in my add's". He said that a couple times. He became rude, and obviously he is a very young man with zero business sense and even less customer service. When I told him that I would leave him a poor review he said he would blackball me with contractors and I would never get a contractor to work with me again, he even called me on the phone, when I wouldn't take his call, he vollied more threats. Very Unprofessional. I can't warn you, the reader, enough to stay away from this very unprofessional young kid who is trying to pass off being a big business. He added the light and, put a VERY good light electrical outlet with it as well. He was extremely professional, curtious and his work was of very high quality. Even the inspector was impressed!
