Once we got home we realized it was just Blantons original. 179.00 for a $70 bottle of bourbon. We went in store to discuss the $100 extra charge in hopes they would make it right. Basically said it's an allocation and they can charge what they want. Sorry about your luck. While this was our bad for not paying closer attention it makes me wonder how much they are banking on people not knowing 100% what they are buying before taking their money. Make sure you know what you're getting before shopping at this store. Had I had shopped around more I would've noticed all of their prices are higher than their competitors. Never again.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of management accountability. I called and explicitly asked for the manager to call me back, but never received a response. I also left a complaint on their website and sent a direct email, both of which have been completely ignored. They clearly do not care about customer service or resolving issues. The staff are all super friendly and they have a solid supply of goodies here. Build up your points and you can have access to some of the more rare bourbons and liquors -- everything is very reasonably priced. I've purchased a few rare whiskeys here and am grateful for the relationship with the folks who work here. Wine, liquor, beer, seltzers, they have it all.
