We started off with chips and salsa and normally I'm not a big fan of salsa with chunky veggies in it but surprisingly it was good. To order my son had the kids soft chicken taco with rice and beans. My Husband was BIG HUNGRY! He had a carne asada taco salad that looked extra yummy. He also had 4 Mexican street tacos 2 of them were carne asada and the other 2 were Al pastor. Now for me.....the review you all have been waiting for lol. I had the queso-birria tacos with the consomé and rice and beans. The rice and beans were chefs kiss. The meat was good and juicy however the flavor was lacking there and with the consomé I was highly disappointed. Besides my food being underwhelming the vibes were high today at the restaurant and the service was excellent. If I'm up for it I'll give their tacos a try in the future.

Our server was sweet and gave great recommendations. I got the French toast platter with eggs and bacon. I not a huge French toast guy but these were good. Food came out rather timely, coffee cup was always full. Talked some football with the staff and other customers. Overall just a good welcoming place for all. I will definitely be back.
