Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it. Communication with Steve was excellent and he completed the project very quickly; even though it was not a large-scale project. When I picked up my item, I got to see Steve's gallery of work at the shop and was amazed. The range of projects he can tackle, including extremely small intricate pieces, is utterly amazing. Was told to leave the plate, go online to find something that looked good to me, and email them pics of the font I liked. Did just that. No response. Waited a few days over a weekend and emailed again to see if they had received the pics I sent. Received a snarky and condescending reply that what I had sent was actually an image file and not the .otf or .ttf file they needed. Stopped by the shop a couple days later to pick up my plate. Was greeted by the person who had told me to "just send us a picture of something you like" and tried to express my disappointment with the reply I had received. I didn't get half a sentence out before he just tossed the plate on the counter, said "well we can't help you," and walked out leaving me there by myself. I guarantee you can find better customer service anywhere else.
