We made some calls & were able to limp the trailer 5 miles back to Illinois to Finnegans RV Center. The service manager came right out & looked at the trailer. He verified they had the parts, moved out a job that was in the shop & pulled us right in to be worked on. We did a little shopping in the show room (they had everything we needed). He let know about how long it would be & the parts lady gave a great recommendation for lunch. They had us back on the road in just over 4 hours. Amazing service! Very friendly, helpful & reasonable. As a 40-year-old daughter on a girls' getaway with her 84-year-old mother, Beth and Tony made us both feel quite well taken care-of and pampered. What a wonderful stay! :)
