I gotten rides before where they would pick me up before time even,…read morebut recently they been just disappearing last minute in moments when I needed the ride the most, in moments when I have triple checked to see if they would pick me up on a day, at a certain time. And really, I have asked for the ride with anticipation and made sure they got my address and my time right. They even confirm they will be there and then they are not. First time they bailed on me in the early morning i thought it was a one time thing, but today is the second time and I might loose my flight to see my family because of how irresponsible these people is.

I've used them for years. Last year they were late a couple of times and they were so casual about…read moreit that I quit using them for awhile. I gave them another chance this year - huge mistake. I called around 5-6 last night to schedule a ride for 6:45 in the morning. The owner answered and said that I was already in the book for pickup . I thought that was odd, so I had him double check the address. I was on my porch at 6:42 and waited. I called at 648- no answer. I saw the cab go past my block at 6:52. I called at 6:55 and the guy who answered said that I wasn't in the book. I was a little stressed and it showed in my voice. I asked them if they could still pick me up as there was a cab in the area. The guy snapped at me and told me not to take it out on him and then hung up on me. After I arranged a new ride , I called Zippy again and said that I no longer needed a pick up and that I was never using them again. I didn't yell at the guy ever . I had him on speaker and I have a Ring so I can prove that. When I got to work ( 5 minutes late), I received a text from Zippy saying that I was now banned from their cab service . What a joke. As though they are the only cab service in town and as though I could ever trust them again.
