So we brought it and all we needed was a trim price put down between the carpet and the vinyl. It toke 4 months to get it done then we found leaks and the motor in the furnace. I was told yes we will fix it all. So I started calling weekly and was told next week (never happen) it was next week then at the end of the season was told the motor was back order. I said ok, then at the first of the year I started calling got one call back. Then at the start of camping season I was told the motor got cancelled but he would reorder it (never happen). Again I asked what about the leaks and was told it cost money to send men to repair. Bob lied to me from day one. I would not buy a camper from them and I tell every one I mean that. All he wants is your money then it's bye bye and they set in the office joking about it. All I want is the leaks fixed and the motor for the furnace. I don't think Bob and his crew know what they are doing. That's why he has to keep doing service work (Dumb and dumber)!!! They told me to just duct tape door so it would be somewhat closed and drive there. Roscoe Camping World came and looked at it,ordered replacement, got it closed and got it to the shop. I was charged 1600 for detailing, and the boat was still filthy on the inside. I spend several hours cleaning it after I picked it up. Secondly, a part was fixed last year before going into storage. The first time we took the boat out on Lake Michigan this year, the part failed and we were stuck in high waves on the lake. I called to let them know, asked them to work with me on the issue, because I was now 3 hours away..... I was basically told too bad, it was now my problem... The guy actually argued with me, and interrogated me as if I did something wrong. Obviously because I'm a female. Don't waste your time and money. Find another place.

We were facing a forecast of temperatures in the high 60s with rain throughout the day. Even with water temperatures above 70°F, those conditions did not make for a comfortable day on the water. Their position was simply that they remained open, so the reservation stood. If you're not willing to risk booking in advance without knowing what the weather will be, you could lose the full cost of your reservation--$25 per person, which we did. We found there was no flexibility, courtesy, or willingness to work with customers despite the poor forecast.

I took my car to Integrity after their phone quote was a bit lower than other garages in Beloit…read more The guys at Integrity--Lee, in particular--worked to find ways to lower the cost for me, including cleaning and fixing old parts rather than replacing them. The other shops wanted to get me for that part, and extra labor. I had a very tight time frame to get the repairs done, and Integrity told me they would meet my schedule. The problem ended up taking longer than expected, but I never felt like the shop was running me around. Integrity was very communicative with me, and even gave me a loaner car for the evening so I could buy groceries and supplies for my upcoming road trip. After the work was done, they double- and triple-checked my car with a road test, and actually made some adjustments after the test, without any extra fees. Then they tested the fix again. Lee made sure that I didn't leave his shop unsatisfied, and although I'm certain I was one of their less agreeable customers, I am enthused with their performance and service. I never felt like they were screwing me around, and their "multi-point inspection" came to my phone online, complete with pictures of my car for every problem they found. I would happily recommend Integrity to anyone in need of repairs in the area. P.S. Their waiting lounge is quite comfortable, and not depressing and old like most other shops.
