So many things to say. This place has been home for the last little bit, and I have to say. It's been a dream to stay here! The park is nice and the sites are usable. The flexibility here is amazing! The pool is wonderful for a dip to cool off on hot summer days. The game room has pool and other activities for the kids as well. That's where I get to this post. Allowing the stay of all ages is amazing. Gives a place for younger people with kids to go and call home while traveling. It's close to Zephyrhills and there is plenty to do here for a moderate stay or even an annual visit. The folks within the community here are ALL outstanding and easy going. The train is nice to hear at night, if you like trains. Other than that, I recommend this park highly! The price is reasonable compared to others within the area, the maintenance is on point when you need them, and the office is always more than accommodating.
