Some neighborhoods and places in Manila are left unfixed to just run wildly by the people so I was thinking the worst case scenario for this cemetery. One of their poorly trained, insensitive coordinators took our great grandmother's guest book and placed it in the coffin, to be buried with our dearly departed, without our consent or knowledge. Rather than offer to remedy this, they demanded a minimum payment of 34,000 pesos with additional fees. They see no fault in their lack of professionalism and would rather scam grieving families. This lack of accountability is gross, fraudulent and unjust. If you can avoid their service, I would. We hope that they find God and justice in their hearts and remedy this; but thus far, they show their greed and vile nature. I hope you all find God.

Maybe it's the fact that the family plot is in the corner and away from the crowd but it's never really been that... busy, in my opinion. To first timers, it can be a little labyrinthine though and you might need to make a few turns before finally getting to where you want to. But it's pretty peaceful. Everything's spaced out well that there's really a sense of serenity around, no matter where you are. I also do rather like the look of the place. Those trees are gorgeous and there are roaming groundskeepers even when it's not November. The grass around the graves is never too long so you can tell that these places are well taken care of. They also have proper toilets. What used to be plain shacks became cemented rooms with proper plumbing so good on them. There's also an on-site chapel right in the middle of the park. All in all, it's a good looking cemetery. It isn't so cluttered and you don't have to worry about thieves.

For me, even the thick concrete walls against the pristine green are a beautiful sight enough, but the place has its share of impressive structures and monuments like the Emilio Jacinto shrine and the Salakot chapel. They all make a somber visit to graves a little more uplifting.

In any case, though, this one-stop terminal for those going to Cavite or Batangas is definitely convenient. They have some food stalls, though, and even a tiangge. I noted many stalls selling nice clothes. Some even sell household items and decorations. The terminal is at least well-lighted enough so that even when I go home late and pass by this terminal to walk up the overpass, I feel safe enough.

While waiting, there's an ample waiting shed and the terminal is equipped with wifi if you can believe that! It's a pretty busy station so food concessionaires are not in short supply.
