I walked into Denville Hardware looking for a nut and bolt for an odd piece of music equipment. I was greeted by two fellows at the front counter who immediately directed me to aisle 12. In aisle 12 I met an another fella who opened one draw pulled out two wing nuts and one fit. Amazing this is a great old-time hardware store with everything you could possibly need. In another city I used to go to Jager. Denville definitely has more selection and excellent service. Far superior to the big stores. This is now my go to spot. Thanks very much!

As things turn out, it was a blessing in disguise as Amazon and Ooni currently has it for 30% off or $629.30~ It arrived this afternoon and will soon be enjoying it knowing my hard earned money did not go to an insulting person. With Amazon, if there are any issues, they will pay for it to be shipped back for a replacement or full refund. Does Karig's offer free return shipping if a product is defective or a full refund? Doubtful. They're a small business so should be treating people much more respectful. Here are a few things Dante said to me on my second phone call after he got rid of me on the first call, "I have to go"... - I'm running a business, you asked me a million questions - I answered all your questions - so did you call a hundred places to find out what they charged? (actually no, I had not) At the end, he asked if I was ready to order and I asked to confirm the $50 UPS shipping charge. He said he had to take an order so I hung up the phone. If true and he wanted to sell the Ooni to me, the proper and professional way would have been to ask if I could call back the next day. He wants the easy sale and wants a customer to order without asking too many questions which is his prerogative but just know his true character or two-faced persona; pleasant when you're ready to spend and insulting when not. Obviously, Dante didn't want or need my business but either way, I'm happy I got a better deal and my hard-earned money went elsewhere where customers are valued and treated much better. I had a self made disaster with my Weber propane grill. The drip pan was filled, I had not checked…read moreit and when some hot grease hit the wrong spot, I had a nasty fire in the cabinet that burned out the wiring. I contacted Weber who claims to have a service referral but after 3-4 attempts I gave up. An internet search pointed me to Oakland Ace for the repair. Everyone I dealt with to schedule the repair, receive updates on when Weber would send them the parts and the service tech himself were all 5 star awesome. Superb job was done and I cannot recommend them any higher. Oakland is lucky to have this Ace in town.
