Feet care all day! While visiting a friend in Temecula, we decided to get pedicures. She probably saw my atrocious feet and suggested it because of that lolol I don't blame her. I needed it! Long over due. We found a nail salon close by and Forest Nails was it. Compared to the other nail salons in the area, Forest stayed open later. They close at 8pm. The other nail salons close at 7pm. So that is why we went with this place. Our pedicures both came out good. I love my gel pedicure. And my feet are happy too! :) read more

Excellent. I have tiny toenails, almost nonexistent, and other nail places always get polish on the skin. Jade did excellent job on my toes!! No polish on the skin and they look cute. She's super friendly and funny too. Forest did my fill and did an excellent job also. Only bummer was he said he doesn't really do nail art. However I also didn't ask when booking my appointment. This is his place and I love the decor. Appreciated them staying late too to complete my nails. Very cute spot with good service. I will be back! read more

Absolutely do not come here unless you want to be cut several times, overcharged & talked about while you are getting your nail service done. I came in at about 5:30, didn't leave til 6:45. I got a full set and a pedicure, the lady was nice (ish) but even after cutting me once, she continued to cut me in the same place, several times. Maybe 5. By the time she was done "shaping" my nails my cuticles were cut to hell, bloody & tender. She then sprayed my hands with alcohol which is assuming she wanted to clean whatever bacteria was transferred from the uncleaned tools she pulled out of her basket. I came in with a very specific simple idea in mind, medium almond nails with a nude base & 3 dots. I was given short almonds, with a chrome finish??? When I had said this isn't what I asked for she tried to over correct & say she'd do it, but the chrome being on there is already enough damage & I hadn't planned on staying in that nail salon any longer. I went back in for a refund because my nails were not what I had asked for, only to be given $30 and some attitude by the OWNER. I absolutely 100% would not recommend coming here, do yourself better & make an appointment at a real nail salon, not this terrible place. read more

I like that this place doesn't use artificial fragrances to try to mask odors. It's very clean. At my first visit, the smell was very neutral. Just clean air, the way I like it. During my second visit there was a customer in there getting some kind of nail treatment, so there was an unpleasant chemical smell. I wonder if an air filter might help with that? It dissipated soon after she left. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The folks here are very attentive and responsive to your needs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have an assortment of pedicure options, all of which use natural ingredients. The pedicure chairs are massage chairs and you get to control it yourself. The pedicures/foot massages are very relaxing. I will gladly return here for more visits! read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to Forest Nails Lounge! I had a good experience and wonderful service with the owner name " Forest" :-) He took his time to make sure my gel manicure fill looks good. This location is under Néw management so I will definitely comeback and use them again. Also, I would like to thank Tiffany another nail tech for changing the color of my pedicure and she fixed it and made it nicer! After tonight I have to breakup with the place I really like that my husband and I used to happily spend $400 a month on :( I used to love getting my gel x nails here... I called for a GEL X APPOINTMENT... (the usual I get) they last me a long time ... I specifically asked for a technician who is experienced in gel X and the person on the phone told me yes, 6:15pm tonight, gel x. I arrive with grown out gel x , needing a GEL X FILL. the tech proceeds to put acrylic powder on me. I asked her to stop and do gel x fill not acrylic fill....that's the reason I come here! Solely for the gelx work!! She doesn't stop applying acrylic, calls over a gentleman who basically tells me "we have to remove them next time. Doing acrylic today." I just had these gel x put on 2 weeks ago at this same salon, I'm not in the market for wanting an acrylic removal and ripping up my nails! I do gel x fills for 4+ months here !! No removals!! I'm 6 months pregnant the fumes of acrylic right in my face are very bothersome, I'm very picky about the way acrylic feels on my fingers I am NOT AN ACRYLIC CLIENT I CALLED SPECIFICALLY FOR GEL X or I wouldn't have come tonight. 2 hours later my acrylics are finally done... bill $130 ...and I'm counting the minutes until I can rip these off! So upset!!! They should have been honest and said "sorry we can take your pedicure tonight but the gel x artist is not here today". Instead, they wanted the money even if it meant attempting to sneak a chemical I'm purposely avoiding on me to be able to bill me regardless. Terrible business ploy. I finally ask the technician who keeps apologizing at the end, if she even does gel x fills. She said no. We won't be back. I've been a customer here for 2 years, now I need to find a new nail salon who offers gel x and cares about the customer / what they're booking for read more

The area was very clean & cute but it was really expensive. For being expensive the quality of the nail designs was not it. I took me & my mom 3 & a half hours to get our nails done & pedicure because they only had 3 people. I should have walked away but I didn't think it would take that long. The nails are decent but most definitely not 85 dollars worth & the pedicure. I got the classic, tell me why that was the quickest pedicure ever the massage was barely 5 minutes & I paid $60 for that. You'll catch me going to best city nails for a bomb pedicure experience & its $5 cheaper. If you're ok with paying high prices for low quality nails then this is the place. It was a Sunday and hard to find a nail salon that is still open after 6pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called this place it was around 5:30 coming from a nearby town and was told they will wait for me despite them closing at 6pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was coming from work that day and was in dire need of acrylic fill. It was my first time at Forest Nails today. I called two hours before closing and they were able to squeeze me for a Deluxe Spa pedicure. The salon is clean and the staff were very friendly. My nail technician gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! Her attention to detail was flawless and she really took her time. My feet have never felt so smooth. The pedicure came with: scrub, callus removal, wax, and hot towels. It was so amazing, I can't recommend it enough. I will be back. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The old owner Forest was always so nice, and I knew I'd always get a nice quality set with a good kind experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I haven't seen him in months and whoever is the manager now is very different. He will rush you to a seat, rush your color choice, and manhandle your hands during the process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I felt uncomfortable bringing anything up these past few times (the file was hot, the length was too long, there were snagging pieces, uneven, wrong shape etc). I don't think they're using clean tools anymore at all which is alarming considering the past 2 times I've gotten friction cuts from dirty files. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the whole process for these visits has felt rushed, I don't feel like a valued customer and I feel rushed, dismissed, and quieted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For being such a cool place that was my go to before, this location has been really disappointing recently. Made an appointment for 5:30pm and walked out at 6pm after not being seen. They could have at the very least communicated when I arrived, how long the wait would be so that I could have gotten something to eat. I think 30 minutes is ridiculously excessive time to wait when you've made an appointment (I understand if I was a walk-in but come on) and who knows how much longer it would have been till someone took me. I like Sunny he does great work especially with the shaping of acrylics and the speed he works at, but I don't believe I will be coming back because I feel they have wasted my time and could have just let me know that they are too busy to take me before I rushed over here from work to make my appointment on time. It's unprofessional to overbook yourselves please keep that in mind for your other customers. And after reading the other recent reviews it seems like this isn't the only time it has happened to someone! The new management needs to do better if they want to stay in business. Like it supported the military, which we both serve/served.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We both sat down, and they started on my mom and not me. No biggie, there weren't many people there I understood. But then they sat another couple down and started on them before me. I decided to not even get my pedicure because she was almost done and they didnt even start on mine. My gf & I were in town at wine country for her birthday celebration and we decided to get pedicures last minute. We stumbled on this cute salon and were so surprised that it was quiet inside. We visited early morning. It's relaxing and beautiful! there was Lounge type music playing in the background, very clean & inviting. We discovered from the new owner, Forest, that they just reopened the shop. He managed a HUGE Salon in NY and knows what it takes to give Excellent customer service. They were very kind professionals. Wonderful massages!! I also got an overlay on my nails. Simply lovely job! Really grateful this place is open on Sundays, it's super convenient! I called the day before and they gave me an early appointment. I got a gel mani and one of the upgraded pedicures. Our first time here! They are husband and wife duo! We had the pleasure getting pampered by them today. Gave Forest a call today and was able to get an appointment in. I love the ambience. They are great! Jade worked on my daughters nails. My daughter love her nails. Forest on the other hand worked on mine. Prior to coming in I had gel x extensions on and he did great job. This is my new nail salon! I found this place on Yelp and it looked clean & new, so I made appts for 2 pedis & 2 manis. They got me in exactly when I requested. "I had a disappointing visit to this nail salon. The service was either rushed or excessively slow, which reflected a lack of attention to detail. Whether they were rushing through appointments or taking too much time, the results were below standard. I wouldn't recommend this salon for anyone seeking quality nail care. I initially gave it two stars because I thought they will fulfill my request for water after waiting for two hours; however, upon reflection, I've downgraded it to one star. Not only did they not bring me a cup of water, but I also felt completely ignored and neglected during my time there, like a testing mouse in a lab training session. read more

It was on the higher price range ($75+ for gel manicure w/ French tip & chrome) but I thought she did a good job, so I decided to come back. Second time around I came back to get a fresh gel coat but my experience was different. The technician was very kind (I want to emphasize she was very kind & apologetic) but seemed distracted. She used the acrylic sanding tool to shave off my gel and continued to file my nail down THIN. She was having conversation with a co-worker that she didn't realize she cut a pretty decent chunk of my cuticle off as well. It was non-stop bleeding and while she was very apologetic, but truthfully it was painful and continued to reopen for the next week. Well it's been about 2 weeks and I decided to try a different salon. After removing my gel we saw the damage that was done. My nails were filed down so thin that the manicurist recommended that I don't do anything to my nails and let them heal. My nails don't even look like nails, they look like shaved damaged cardboard. They have indents so deep that cannot be buffered. The manicurist was unable to remove all of the gel because my nail bed was so thin it grew apart of my nail. I'm so upset. I'm not one to write negative reviews but this isn't okay.

I asked for chrome nails, and they told me it would be extra -- which was completely fine with me. The problem was they clearly didn't know how to do chrome nails, and I actually had to explain the process to them myself. By the end, my nails looked like my son did them. I was so disappointed and just wanted to leave, so I said "it's fine" instead of arguing or asking for a discount. Then when I went to pay, they tried to overcharge me by $40. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, and sure enough, I was being charged incorrectly. That was the final straw. On top of that, the salon felt dirty and communication was extremely difficult the entire time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money or time.

She said that we need to keep our services an hour, which I waited 20 minutes for him and I didn't leave til almost 4:50, she said that it causes him to be behind on his clients but i was waiting here for 20 minutes???? Everything is expensive now a days and I choose to get a service done when I can do it myself. The lady was rude and if it's really an issue she should have had a sign there stating that, I have been a client there for 5 years and NOBODY has ever said that to me, or he could have put me in the chair at 3 when my pedicure was scheduled. Today I tried to schedule my appointment and the lady texted me saying to keep my appointment only 1 hour and then texted me again stating that Phillip was not comfortable doing my pedicure anymore and if I wanted to go with someone or they could cancel. I'm never going back there

Yesterday morning I visited Sally's Nail Spa after trying to go to a nail salon that just opened…read morearound the corner. The other nail salon was too busy for a walk in, so I went to Sally's and was sat immediately. I got the basic pedicure with regular nail polish, it was a great pedicure! When I got home I completely forgot I had to wear closed toed shoes that day. Unfortunately, I messed up the polish on both my big toes. I came back in today and asked if they could fix it, expecting to have to wait since there were so many people, but I was sat immediately and the man fixed my toes!
