I asked for a thin French tip. What I got looked like someone used a paint roller. I almost pretended it was fine... until my mom and sister had a collective freak-out. Then came the $100 bill. My mom went in for a basic solid color manicure today. The tech was being very salesy and pushy asking her to pick a manicure package which she did and the tech kept insisting on a higher priced package. Once she got the color on her nails, they were trying to force a glitter top coat after she politely said no thank you I don't like glitter. Then when it came time to add the lotion she asked to skip that part as she has sensitive skin to scented lotions and the tech applied it anyway. It's safe to say she won't be coming back! They really need to respect what the customer wants and be less pushy or try to fight the client. It's extremely annoying! read more

When my mom answered with regular polish her attitude completely changed. She when from happy to completely shut down and downright rude. The nail tech finished as fast as she could and when she was done my mom thanked her and the nail tech forcefully propped the arm rest up and ignored my mom and walked away. They are rude and everything is an added-on price. I was still sitting in the chair getting my pedicure when the girl who did my fill came up and asked me to pay. Of course they expect a tip, but seriously, now they want it before the job is even finished? What if they messed it up and we had a problem? The customer service sucks and the quality of the work was really sub-par. The place was clean and appeared to be new(ish) paint so that part was nice, and they do offer drinks (I had just finished coffee so decline, but I'm sure they will find a way to charge for that too). I really love my nail tech she gives the best pedis and it's been a good 3 months that I haven't been there so it was a big surprise when I came in that the prices had gone up to like $15-20 because they added a free beverage ur choice of wine,champagne, water or soda,and they are now using different products for pedicures but the increase in services is way to much for blood and I don't even feel any different than when using the old products and honestly wine and champagne at 9:30 am is to early for any alcohol (my opinion) why not just offer water?? I have been coming here for a very long time ! I see only one person. When I've seen someone else, I've not been too pleased or happy. My Nail Tech person gets 10 stars !!! The reason for the 3 star rating is because today I got a pedi w/regular nail polish as I normally do for my feet. When I asked for the little disposable slippers I was told that they now charge $3 for them ! Are you kidding me?!!! I have to pay nearly a $100 for a normal mani pedi and you want me to now pay for the slippers too??!! I was insulted. Felt like I had been slapped by greedy management for I know my Nail Tech had no say in this. I travel a lot across country all the way up to New York. The most I've paid. For the same service, including gel fingernails, is $65-$70 and that's high end. California is beyond ridiculous ! Hope this nonsense is not tending across Cali ! With more and more people getting gel polish on their toes, I know the demand for these slippers has gone way down. So surely you can afford the occasional ones to give away. Terrible experience. Very bad Customer Service. Manager yelled at me in front of everyone there.... Pedicure was very mediocre, the service is supposed to come with a massage but really its someone just throwing a bunch of warm lotion on you and slapping it around your feet and legs. I tolerated this and didn't make it a big deal. She was also very moody and not personable at all. This is where it got upsetting. I picked a nail color that was supposed to come with matching gel and regular nail polish. I like to get the regular nail polish on my toes and gel on my nails. I noticed that it did not match initially but I didn't say anything because I thought that maybe the colors would look closer together once the 2nd coats were applied. Not only were the colors entirely different but the way my nails looked were horrible. Super lumpy with areas that did not have polish. Very spotty. When I mentioned that the colors did not match, nails were lumpy and I wanted to have them fixed the manager yelled "If you want to have redone you need to pay $25 dollars, if the colors don't match it's not our fault it's the factory's fault! You should have said something at the very beginning!". Mind you everyone heard, I was super embarrassed. I got the regular pedicure for $34. My woman got a gel manicure. My experience for the pedicure was great. The massage chairs were extremely relaxing! The chair and chairs around me had me feeling good because the environment was super clean! The store was very peaceful and calming as well. I can't speak for the manicure experience but it seems like my woman is enjoying herself . 5/5 recommend coming here to get your nails done when you are near Temecula!! read more

I asked for a refund even half a refund but they refused bc these crap white Frenchie's were $60 which are already super overpriced especially for this terrible job. Sweet, talented, friendly, and so professional. She spends her time and makes sure I look like a million bucks every time on my gel manicure. I've been to so many nail salons and I stumbled across this one on a whim on a Sunday, when most other places were booked or closed. I really didn't expect it to be anything amazing but HOLY cow was I wrong. I saw ANN and let me tell you, she's a hidden gem!!! She's incredibly detail oriented, took the time to do spectacular work, and I've been back 3 times since. My nails never crack, chip, or peel off. Her work holds up and she's also such a sweet lady. I just left the salon, I'm sitting in my car writing this. It's my birthday today and she gave me a free little flower and did the most gorgeous colored French tips with dip powder and gel polish. 2 and a half hours for a full set and basic pedicure. They took me right away and I don't mind being in there a while and for them to take their time, except the fact they kept snipping me. She accidentally clipped my skin on my toe and I get it, it happens, but she didn't even apologize. When I looked down to see why my toe was stinging a bit she started wrapping the towel around it so I wouldn't see. Then when I was doing my full set, my pinky and middle finger were stinging too. Once again, no apology. When I looked at why it was stingy all he said was "your old nails, hard to take off". When that's not even when he cut me. He snipped part of my pinky when he was cutting the shape of my coffin nail and then snipped to much when he was trimming my cuticle. The nails came out terrible and she just put GLOBS of glitter. I wasn't very far into to the manicure when I told her I would actually prefer no glitter at the tips and she told me it was "too late" even though she did not cure the nails at the time yet. Anna was my technician and her method is awesome. The nails look so natural, the shape is perfect, and they're not too thick at all. I went to get my nails down on a 10/2 Sunday, I asked for for nail dip and then they colored over with gel. The next day on Monday the nail polish was peeling. I went to get it fixed which they did but the next day another peeled. Within less than one week amy nail color was peeling. For what I paid for the service was not that great and were in a hurry. It's only been less than 2 weeks and I have to get my nails done again for $100. I would not recommend this salon at all. The are over priced for unsatisfactory service. Rushed through treatment etc. Most recently I took my elderly mother in for a manicure/ pedicure. We had an appointment but still waited 30+ min. The woman attending to my mom rushed through the pedicure. No massage, didn't ask what type of pedicure then when it came to the pedicure rushed through again and burnt her with the hot towel. My mom made a bit of a scene but there was no remorse. A few of the technicians talked amongst themselves and were laughing. As soon as the technician finished she disappeared. Didn't help put on my mom shoes or assist her out of the chair. I paid and we quickly left. I understand they get busy but once you wait your turn you should get the quality pedicure you waited for. My mom doesn't get out often due to her age. This experience was very disappointing. There are lots of other options in town. I will go somewhere else in the future. read more

The Main thing that stuck out to me about this salon is that they dont necessarily stick to a Price Chart; I've been there several times, for the same exact thing- an Acrylic Fill. One time I paid $25.... the next time I paid $45 !! The staff are nice, but It has become evident that they charge whatever they feel. So expect some inconsistency.
