The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my pedicure turned out great and was done by a different gal than the one who did my full acrylic set. My nails turned out so bad, even after I had to correct her multiple times while she was doing my nails (I had to tell her to file them better, there were parts down by cuticles that weren't painted, etc). I will include pictures. The nails are crooked, and not filed well. Very disappointing. read more

Pretty much wasted my time here sitting in an old crummy chair for 45 minutes for nothing. I wouldn't even wait in a Doctor's office for this long. I called for a pedicure and asked for Jennifer. I was told she will be back at 2:30. I got there at 2:05 and told them I'll wait for Jennifer. 2:30 came and went and no one was talking to me, they were looking at each other like Jennifer was hiding in their pockets. I said I'll take whoever is free now. I said it TWICE. No one said anything. They ignored me. Finally I got up and left. 45 minutes to wait is a long time, especially if you are talking in thin air. I don't think anyone understood me - or it felt like they could care less. Hah! There are tons of highly competitive nail salon places in the area that are new, clean, trendy with exceptional customer service and communication! Cross this one off your list. Looking back, I don't even know why I keep coming back here. The place looks old and cheap with their dated, and peeling chairs. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review. This place is terrible the lady that did my nails did a bad job didn't glue on the acrylics on right. I couldn't of been better off with clip on nails. Those pictures are the day I got them done I asked her several times to fix the shape. I went back 2 days later because I was really busy I didn't have time to go the following day. The owner was so rude she told me there was nothing wrong with them, clearly is seen even in pictures they were not glued on or shaped correctly she grabbed me from my wrist and pulled me toward a customer so she could tell her I'm complaining about something so little. She was yelling at me telling me she wasn't going ti remove the nails she was just going to add glue and there was nothing else she would do and I had to wait a few days. I told her to let go of me and she didn't need to get customers approval or treat me that way, I just wanted someone to fix my nails and two broke within 2 days. The husband told me to go back the following day but I refuse to be treated this way be grabbed and pulled by owner. read more

I just moved in the area and was referred by a friend. I googled the reviews and Yelp reviews and saw the name Diane with amazing work! I have gone two times to Diane. First time was amazing! She did great work! it made me come back. I called and specifically asked for Diane and was told to call later because she was not in. I called later and was scheduled with Diane. I was excited. I arrive and was directed to another nail tech who was NOT who I asked for and scheduled with. But she seemed to take her time and paint my nails carefully and nicely. So I trusted she was good. WRONG. everything was great till the chrome part. She did my chrome then put the clear gel on and put acetone on a cotton ball and wiped off the chrome she just laid. She I'm assuming she noticed and painted my nails with clear coat again and re laid the chrome. THEN again wiped off my nails with the same acetone cotton ball pulling some color off. All while clear coating my nails over and over again the paint looks thick and lumpy from to much layers of polish and chrome. Not to mention after wiping my nails with cotton balls she left the cotton hairs on my nails and just painted over it. So I have tiny hairs in my nails. Also She never even buffed my nails so you can also see the scratch lines left from the nail bits used to shape the acrylic.... I am not completely pleased at all. once I got home I looked at the nail I broke and was replaced with a new tip and the acrylic she laid is not smooth it's lumpy and very thin only in one spot I felt like it'll break at any given moment. THEN I noticed a piece of the cotton ball not a hair an actually little ball piece is on my pinky nail and was clear gel coated over. So now it's stuck there I can't get it out. Nice people sure but absolutely not worth it. Don't bother asking for specific nail techs they give you whomever. read more

It's a family owned salon and they have their COVID-19 certification completed. The salon was spotless and super clean. I felt safe and comfortable during the entire time. They're maintaining social distancing which is fantastic. There might be a few bad reviews in here but they're all pretty old. You have to be understanding that not every salon will satisfy you. My mother in law took my mom, another family member and I here the day before my wedding for manicures and pedicures. I was treated like royalty! I had the best service and a wonderful experience. They offered us something to drink and made us really comfortable. They even have a fancy pedicure chair with a pieces that folds up to hold your foot up higher for the callus remover part of the pedicure. I call it the kickstand and I love it! Usually love going to this place. Staff was always friendly and did a great job. I booked an appointment a week in advance because I work full time and have a toddler. I showed up at 10am waiting. No one came to me until 10:15. They told me to sit down, when I did another guest came in and said they had an appointment too. The lady told me to get up and go to the next building because maybe my appointment was there. I then went to the building next door and they said they did not have my appointment either. I don't feel like searching around for another nail salon in 100 degree weather so I just came home. Definitely do not recommend this place. I've been here twice now, and I have found my go to nail salon. Terry is the best at SNS nails! She cleans your cuticles and her nail work lasted me a whole month. This is not a great place for little ones, because my girls did not have the best experience. However, it's a great place for me! So, I am a loyal customer. Until now. I had an appointment for a manicure, and they called me 40 minutes before my appointment and I missed their call simply because I was getting ready. They called me again, 8 minutes before my appointment as I was ON my WAY to tell me they had to cancel because I didn't answer and already called the next appointment. Mind you, I was not late, their voicemail said nothing along the lines of what they did, and who cancels 8 minutes before when I had an appointment for myself and my Mom. I knew when I came here they were unprofessional, but they were fast. I can't believe they cancelled on 2 people eight minutes before. That's ridiculous. I will NEVER go to this place again. When my daughter and I got there, they took us to their 2nd salon which is next door where there were only 2 workers. One lady was with a customer and the other lady was working on my daughter. I sat there for a good 10min and then another lady came from next door and said, we have to move you both next door. Ok fine, back to where we started. We sat down, they filled up the pedicure tubs and the same lady continued to work on my daughter. I sat there for another 10min. One lady finished with her client and begin to work on her tips or receipts for the day. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and after another 5-8min, I got up and decided to leave. All the workers looked so amazed. One of them even says, "we can do both of you at the same time", REALLY?? Never again. read more

My friend invited me to this place. The first time was fine. The second time my friend and I where going to get a full matching set each. They didn't get one of us on the books. So I sat in water one hour! By the time they got around to me the water was cold. Then they informed me that if I wanted to get my nails done I would have to wait an hour and a half. She kept saying she had an appointment after. And the lady taking of my old ones didn't seem very sure about what she would do on my nails since a had builder gel on prior. The main person just kept talking angrily in her language and they seemed to be arguing back and forth. My friend asked her to do mine first but she just did as she pleased. Then she said I could go back another day. Prior to this appointment she called my friend 3 times to come in earlier!! Really??? She obviously was over booked. As soon as she finished my friends nails she took a picture and showed me. She did do a good job but how passive was that. I just moved to the area so needed to find a new place. I got a pedicure and manicure. The girl I had I couldn't tell you her name. She did a good job the massage was definitely weak but overall I don't need anything fancy. The manicure was fine she cut my nails a little too short so the paint kind was mehhh but again it was fine. The decor is terrible as bad as that sounds the place looks messy they have cammo stuff one place and Asian decor in another, it definitely needs a makeover. For some reason, I just love their nail polishes, but if you are really wanting pinks, then bring your own. They really don't have a selection of pink nail polishes. Very good service!
