My pedicure was done by Andrew & he was very patient as well with me... I have a bad knee & reconstructed ankle so sometimes I have to be readjusted often. I'm not sure of the ladies name that did my manicure, but she was nice. Just definitely didn't seem to be patient actually got irritated that one of my nails wouldn't dry as quickly as the others. This was out of my control maybe they need to upgrade the dryers they use? I'm not sure, but I don't think I would allow her to do my nails again unless she was the only option left. The location is off of Rancho California & Ynez near the AMC between a vape shop & jilbertos. Pricing is reasonable & salon is very clean! So I will try again, cause maybe it was just a bad day for the one technician?!

The pedicure took an hour an a half, there were 3 others that came in after me, and they were done before me. I didn't request any special treatment, just the normal pedi with gel. After that, she requested if I wanted to do my nails, I said yes, after she cleaned up the spa chair I went to sit at her station. She started to work on me, and then put the acetone in a bowl, and put my fingers in to take off the gel. She left to heat up her lunch and eat while I sat there waiting for her for 20 minutes! My recent visit to Nailtural for a long-awaited nail treat left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable, all thanks to the nail technician, Tammy. As someone who was looking forward to finally pampering myself, the experience fell short of my expectations. From the start, Tammy repeatedly rejected my nail art ideas without providing any explanation. Moreover, when I inquired about a sudden price change, she evaded my question and suggested another technician for the nail art, completely disregarding my concerns. Things took an awkward turn when Tammy began speaking in her native language to her coworker during our conversation. They would look at me and then look down while speaking to one another. Despite being bilingual myself in English/Spanish, I felt excluded,frustrated and uncomfortable. When I sought clarification from the manager (who was very nice and able to articulate the pricing), Tammy continued to speak over me in her language. As a courtesy to ensure clear communication, I politely asked Tammy to speak English so that I could understand what was being said. Thankfully, she complied and switched to English for the remainder of our interaction. Eventually, she completed my nail art, which turned out beautifully. While the salon atmosphere was chic and tidy, my personal experience with Tammy was unpleasant. Effective communication and respect for the customer's preferences are essential in the service industry, and unfortunately, these were lacking during my visit. read more

This was my first and last time visiting Nailtural. I went there with my 3 kids. It was my mother's day gift to take all of us to have pedicures and manicures. My pedicure and my son's was ok. It felt very rushed and not very relaxing. Now for my biggest issue. My daughter was having Gel x nails done which is their most expensive nail product. The man who did her nails cut her cuticles so bad that one finger was absolutely mutilated and bleeding. He kept putting a green solution on it which burned her so badly that she went in the bathroom to throw up due to the constant pain. She also had two other cuticles he cut so badly that every time he put something on her nails it burned. We ended up stopping the manicure and had to leave because this man obviously had no clue how to do nails. He was either brand new or horrible at doing nails. I have never left a yelp review, but I do not want someone else to end up injured by this place. They are extremely pricey so I'd expect the best. I would rather go to a cheap salon than have this happen again. They wanted to charge me half price for her nails but I refused to pay for what was done to her. The nails were not even finished. So I recommend not having this place do your nails. read more

I'm honestly so disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. From the start, my preferences were completely disregarded. I clearly communicated the color polishes I wanted, but the technician chose completely different shades for me without even asking. The service itself was uncomfortable. The nail tech was rough and seemed annoyed the entire time. At one point, she was pulling my hand forcefully and drilling my nail so aggressively that it actually started to burn. When it came time for the manicure, I was shocked to see that she used a drill bit to work on my cuticles! It cut me, leaving the skin around my nails raw and extremely sensitive. I also found it frustrating that they refused to do a proper soak-off manicure, claiming the gel wouldn't stick to my nails. This just felt like an excuse for poor service. I've never had a manicure experience this bad, and I definitely won't be returning. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the service and the way I was treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, relaxing nail experience. read more

Hi my friends- I've been neglecting to post a review for the Nailtural, even though I've been religiously coming here every few weeks for what feels like years, because I would be so sad to struggle to get in with my pedicurist, Lee, but alas he deserves the recognition. I've been getting pedicures for well over 10 years at every salon in the Temecula area and the Nailtural, and more specifically Lee, is the only place and person I'll go to for my pedicures. I usually try a different package everytime but my favorite is the Detox Pedicure as it includes an 18 minute massage - HELLO? 18 MINUTES!! + warm towels + hot stones + paraffin + callus remover + drinks/snacks worth every penny. Lee has flawless color application and really puts in extra time to get the nail prep PERFECT! As for the negative waiting time reviews, I always book an appointment online and they are ready for me in about 10 minutes after getting there - girl the good nail places have a little wait - you'll be okay Live a little, Pamper yourself and give this place a visit ASAP!! read more

From the moment you walk into The Nailtural, you can tell this is not your typical nail salon. The entire space has such a peaceful, calming energy--it genuinely feels like an escape from the outside world. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Everything feels intentional, from the atmosphere to the way you're cared for throughout your service. There's no feeling of being rushed or treated like just another appointment. The service is absolutely impeccable, and you can tell they truly care about the experience they're creating for their clients. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and completely taken care of. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional service, quality, and such a serene atmosphere so beautifully. Nails turned out absolutely stunning. Tech (Wendy) was attentive , funny, and gentle. She listened and took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The decor and ambiance is very modern and relaxing. The owner is so sweet, she has been working every time I've been here and you can tell she's constantly keeping an ear and eye out that all the clients in her salon are having a good experience even while working on her own client. Make sure you make an appt as they don't take walk ins at this time. Sometimes there is a short wait before they can get started on me (understandable since they are a newly opened business), which I don't mind at all because it gives me time to enjoy a glass of the complimentary champagne they offer! It a pretty good salon but the only think I do not like when it says $50 on the menu you pick for pedicure and they charge u $72 totally not fair also I request a massage for 12 minutes on my feet but it was already included in the packet u was supposed to pay for but the reason is she did some hot rocks with lotion but that not a massage I wanted plus half of the staff don't speak English there . They over charge and I would not recommend it . On top of that there is red ants by the pedicure station. read more

It hasn't even been a full week and both our pedicures are washing off, and our arcylics are lifting and losing the paint. At the end of our service when we paid the lady had the audacity to say "aren't you gonna give me something" referring to a tip. TIPS ARE EARNED NOT REQUIRED! She's lucky she got a tip we will not be returning.

Unfortunately, my experience was very different the second time around. I work in an office and spend most of my day typing, so I specifically wanted short, practical acrylic nails. When I explained that to Ken, he didn't seem very pleased that I wanted them kept short. I wasn't looking for long, dramatic nails--just something clean, professional, and well done. I also took advantage of the complimentary pedicure that was offered. However, my full set was completely finished before the pedicure even started, despite my nails being done on the spa side where the pedicure was taking place. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.
