This was an expensive arrangement and meant a lot to the family and to those sending it. The design work and selection of flowers for the budget provided was not attractive whatsoever. I contacted the company with my concerns and received very defensive and argumentative responses. Next time it will be a money donation instead of flowers. They were able to get the flowers to the funeral with short notice, though if someone would have told me they had a limited selection of nice flowers I would have not bothered.

I called this shop a week before I needed flowers delivered. I spoke with Andy, the owner. We…read moretalked for a good 20 minutes and I told him specifically what I wanted. I wanted a square vase with only red roses and silver ribbon, on the square, so it would look like a gift. I also asked that he take individual eucalyptus leaves and write one letter on each leaf and attach each individual letter on the square. He told me he understood. The shop sent me a picture, of what they sent, and it was nothing like we discussed. I sent a text telling them that I wasn't happy but instead of trying to please the customer, they requested I not contact them ever again. This is poor customer service at it's best. I would NOT EVER recommend this business.
