I took it to the location at North Riverside mall and got a call few days later saying the middle stone was also cracked and that it had to go to the corporate officw for repair.I found that interesting since I never wore the ring much due work and my weight loss making it not fit. I have been without my ring March 21. It's the first week of May so now I am hopefully getting a call to pick up my ring soon. I was told 6 weeks time and I am going out of town. Sometimes the stores in disarray like a hurricane happened but the workers are always friendly and outgoing and ready to help you. It's clean and organized and I never have any trouble navigating through the aisles. I'm never walking on anything that someone left on the floor and it never seems like I'm on top of anyone.  And every time I'm here I always find something to take home but who doesn't . Everyone is friendly and is keeping everything clean. The cash registers are wiped down and all the employees are wearing masks.

As someone who works in retail I normally would never leave a negative review. However on monday I…read morepurchased a pair of pants after asking the gentleman at the counter two separate times that due to the fitting rooms being closed if said pants dont fit is it possible to return them. He said yes. I heard it. My whole family heard it. Fast forward to today the gentleman at the counter basically threw the previous employee under the bus and said he lied. I'm not worried about the money but the principle of doing shady business is unreal to me. Make sure what you buy is what you want. Because you're stuck with it.
