Amazing store! The customer service here is so great, its so good every time I shop here. Their store is so clean and neat. They got a big location, they are so organized, you can easily find the items you need to buy, they are well-sorted, and also their store is always well-stocked. The people here are also wonderful, they will greet you with a smile, they are willing to assist and guide to your designated area, also for you to know which cashier lane is near to you. The prices of their items are great, you can buy some of their items in a cheaper price, they also have promo, sale, and good deals sometimes. You can buy a lot of things here without breaking your pocket and save a lot. Their items like, clothes, pants, and other things are so great, the quality of those are so good, all of it is worth buying. Really love this store! I love this place! The staff here are some of the friendliest people in retail and they know how to handle multiple discounts/offers with ease. The store is clean and fairly well organised and really has a good mix of men/women/kid/baby for the small footprint. I'm a fan of Gap again and enjoy the automatic 10% off by using their card on top of the gap cash and bonus dollars you can earn. read more

I remember the item I purchased at their store, I bought a jogging pants in a sale price, the item has a good quality, and cheaper but solid. Most of their items has a good quality, they have so many items that is best seller than others. You can buy many things there, but it won't break your pocket. I can only speak for the Men's clothing but this Gap outlet is pretty nice. The store layout is small but attractive and there is a good selection of items in regular sizes (not the bizarre sizes you sometimes find at the outlet stores). Plus the prices are awesome, usually 30%-70% off what you would find at the regular stores. Plus if you sign up for their emails you usually get 10%-20% off coupons a couple times a month . The store is also absolutely spotless and imo better than a lot of regular Gap stores I've shopped at and the staff is also very nice and attentive. I haven't shopped at the Gap regularly in years but I may have to reconsider because of the selection, prices and customer service at this location. read more

Gap has stood the test of the time as one of the highest quality denim retail stores. Their quality is unmatched. Always fashion forward and simply cool. Sells good quality clothes that will last for years. This location is CLEAN AND NEAT everything is in a proper place. Dressing room is big enough so you don't feel cramped in a small place trying on fits. It was tidy despite the crowds, and if I ever needed help an associate was an arms-length away. They helped us navigate the lady's jeans selection for me and my sister. They have plenty of choices and a good variety of styles. Good clothes for kids and men. Employees are more than willing to help you in any way they can. Very well displayed store. Lots of good selection. The prices were awesome and the quality of clothing and apparel were very good. Not the biggest Gap you'll find but I was able to find what we needed. Checkout was fast even with a line. It was a great experience with lots of varieties of clothes and great discounts. Love all the great deals they have to offer. I love Gap. I give this store 2 thumbs up. 10/10 would go again. read more

The cleanest and tidiest Gap factory I have visited. I went there yesterday with my girlfriend since it's holiday and it's time to give a break from work. Went inside the store, we greeted by their accommodating and nice staff. Kind of quiet. Everything was neatly folded or hung up and many sizes were still available. Their selection is unbeatable. We got what I wanted. Staffs was more than happy to assist you, and approachable, nice, friendly and helpful. The customer service was fantastic. They are really customer oriented. Great quality and the prices were quite affordable. Will sure go there again when we have time. read more

First time here because I had to return some items that I ordered online. The store was clean, organized and stocked even the day after Christmas. The reason for the five star? Dominique. She made my return easy even after I couldn't find the receipt on my phone.. what a great manager!! I will always go back to this store just because of how she handled the situation. The customer service is impeccable. Uriel is a fabulous host and is polite, smart, and patient. He did not wait on me, but I witnessed a chaotic drama queen try to berate and embarass him and he was just a professional GEM! This was my first trip to this store, I walked out with a boatload of terrific bargains, the store is so clean and extremely organized. The other reps on the floor were friendly and helpful.
