This store is usually organized and cleaner than most forever 21's and today was no exception but the employees.... Me and my friends went into the dressing rooms to try on some clothes, we entered to the left side of the dressing room, and tried on our clothes. When we come out to look at ourselves in the big mirror an employee walks in and starts laughing loudly and reading a paper that was taped on the clothes rack not very visible, that basically said to not go to that side of the dressing room. I understand that it was our fault that we accidentally went to the wrong side but it was very unprofessional and rude how she was laughing and reading the paper in a loud sarcastic voice! Instead she should've just told us if we could please go to the other side of the dressing room in a profesional respectful tone and that would've been completely fine. Besides that one employee the rest we're very respectful and helpful. Forever 21, I believe you shouldn't hire people like this to work in your stores, I am very offended by what she did it was very insulting! read more

Not only the clothing quality is crap. The thicker black light skinned girl with some overdue box braids was "assisting" with a refund but couldn't get what was needed bc it was an online order. I showed her the order, she grabbed my phone without my permission to look for whatever, and went in my PERSONAL EMAIL to find the email that had the order. She didn't say a thing to me. Wtf do you think you are grabbing my phone and looking into my personal shit? You lucky I gave up being reckless years ago or it wouldn't have been pretty. If you knew better, you'll do better. And guess what, she couldn't even complete the transaction. Some Hispanic chick walked up to fix the issue. Smh. Hood ass store. Never again. I'm over these stores who hire Asshats and still push crap quality. Adding this store to my crap list along with VS and H&M. Smh read more

The store is not "shoppable" at all (retail term) meaning there's so much product and it's completely unorganized and messy that the simple task of finding more items of what you want is impossible. I found a pair of earrings, wanted to get multiple, and after searching 10 overstuffed unorganized racks I couldn't find any because there was no way to look through all of it without staying another 30 minutes. I asked an associate, and she had another girl "look" for about 3 minutes, through barely a third of the jewelry then said well keep looking when you leave and we'll call you if we find them. Next day, no call. I ask the online representative how many my local store has of this product, they say a whopping EIGHT. I tell the chat rep my experience, and of course all their help is "tell the manager." So I call, ask for a manager, the person answering said they were. I tell them the full situation and that knowing there's 8 available and no one ever called no probably ever looked so if I drive all the way back, will I have any assistance? This question was not answered, and no apologies given. They asked what's the product code, and said let me see what he have and put me on hold. I am currently on 22, I repeat 22, minutes on hold and I'm sure their plan is to wait me out til I hang up. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Know if you shop here, you won't have much help at all in store or online and the store is a mess inside. read more
