I went in today to do a return on one item that I purchased for hours ago at a different Ross location. The lady that helped me was probably 18 years old. Mexican-American with long straight hair. She didn't want to help customers it was very obvious. I don't know if she was new or is terrible at customer service etc. Not sure why she decided to work there. She only probably gets paid minimum wage anyways. Which I believe in Oregon is only $15 an hour. That is not my fault or my problem. I literally try to explain why I was returning the item. And the item was only $16. I told her I got the wrong color and wanted to see what they had an inventory. Just wanted to return the item. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes. And then she asked where the receipt was. I said hold on a second let me grab it. As soon as I gave it to her she rolled her eyes again and literally told me that she wanted to call up the manager. So I had to wait 10 minutes for manager to come up because she didn't want to do her job properly or be nice to customers. When the manager came up I explained everything to him. He acted like he didn't care either. I guess these people are brother and sister are dating or something. Total losers. This Ross used to have good management for over 15 years. I was actually personal friends with the previous manager of the store. That is why I decided to do this specific no preview today. I'm going to let my friend know that her store has turned to crap. I also told the manager guy or the man who claimed to be the manager of the store. That he should have a talk with his employees and review customer service etiquette. But he acted like he seriously did not care. And didn't believe me. Will not return to this Ross location. I have been shopping at Ross since 1992. And I may just switch it up and go to TJ Maxx or Burlington. Much rather give them my business. Because I'm sure they have better customer service and less lazy workers behind the counter. read more

This is one of the better Ross stores that I have visited. Very clean and organized. The workers are present in the aisles to keep the displays organized and to offer assistance if needed. The lines were short and I was able to find several nice items in my kids' sizes. read more

An associate informed me to "just bring my receipt " the next da to get my senior discount. When I returned with the receipt, the manger on duty was brry rude & unprofessional! She rudely told me that she don't know who would say that. I described the associate and showed my receipt, she still refused to acknowledge the employee. She was very rude and walked off while I was talking. Another employee refused to give the managers nam, had no name tag & when she gave her name she said "if you want to believe that's my name". Terrible customer service. The 2 heavy set ladies scanning on the items on the isle were so rude. I asked the short, skinny manager for a cart and she said she needed to put things away. She should be fired. No wonder this place is a huge mess and employees so rude (starts with leadership). Employees here treat you like a beggar. Now I remember why I don't like to go to Ross. I use to love coming here to get great deals and find trendy items that you would not find as quick anywere else. Although the prices is what brings you to Ross it is also there downfall. So many people understand the draw of the low prices and it can become a hassle shopping here. Expecially during the holidays. Now don't get me wrong you can find some Super Duper deals here that won't cost you much at all. However get ready to search & hunt thru all of the items in hopes to find a jewel. That is how it is when looking for shoes here for me for sure. The place is never on order and things are all over the place! You will be in the check out and come across more items that or thrown to the side near the counter than you find out on the floor. This is a hit & miss with me & my nerves, are not like they use to be.... I will take my chances else were or when I'm desperate! read more

Ross is my go to for easy style needs. From clothes to luggage, shoes, purses, kids toys and clothes, home decor- they have it all and at a cheap price too! I frequent this Ross a lot. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I've been several times when the check out lines are just outrageously long and they all seem to handle it well. They also always have a large stock of items on hand. I've seen some Ross stores whose racks are pretty bare. They seem to manage their inventory well and always have what you need. read more

In general I'm not a huge fan of Ross but on the this day the store was clean, organized and easy to find what you.needed. in addition to clothes and shoes for the entire family they have household items to help y out make your house a home. What I appreciate most a Ross is that their clothes are less expensive than both. read more

Love this place it has saved me so many times when my daughter needed a last minute nice dress, gift, gift bag or shoes. I have to give it three stars because although they have a security guard, I get sick to death of seeing people shop lift here. Come on people - have some integrity! I head straight to the clearance section. They usually have great home decor at reduced prices. I'm always on the lookout for clearance price tags. Sometimes I don't find anything but that's ok. I just come back in a few days. I avoid weekends for obvious reasons. No need to pay Northpark or Galleria prices. read more

This store is hit or miss. More often then not, the racks are so picked over I don't bother and just leave. But if you catch them when they've recently restocked, you can find some good deals on lots of great stuff. But that's if you don't mind waiting in long lines. I've never been here when the line isn't ridiculous. I've decided before the one or two things I planned to buy just were not worth the wait. I'm not sure why they don't hire more people, as usually only 2 or three registers are open. The staff has always been nice and helpful, I think the issues are management ones. read more

its 3 days before christmas of course the store is gonna be a mess however the floor ppl are rude like they didnt expect people to come in and mess up the racks?? the line to check out was about 50 ppl long and the cashiers were very slow the line to check out was literally so long it reached all the way to the back of the store isle...ridiculous management obviously!!! why would you be understaffed the busiest shopping time of the year? i decided to leave because waiting an hour in line at ross just to pay for my items.. just didnt appeal to me. read more
