First and foremost, the cost of additional services they recommended after doing the original work, were much more costly compared to just a cursory look online by about 15-20%. Of course, they have every right to charge whatever they choose. I can live with this and in fact am using another mechanic who is going to do the work for almost half. But the real crux the issue was when they dropped off my vehicle, and after they departed, I texted and asked they move the the vehicle to the front of my home, instead they parked in front of my neighbor's home. This wouldn't be a big deal except I can drive it due to a dead battery. They responded with "We are already on the way to do other work we have. That is as close as we could get to where we could reach our tools without blocking traffic." This is an excuse because when they came to pick it up in the original position, there was concern about traffic other issue regarding the location. The had no problem working on in its original location so it made no sense that would be an issue upon returning it. More egregiously than all of this is when they appeared to get irritated with me and made this comment: "There was not a truck parked in front of they way yesterday. Have a nice day!" The exclamation point is snarky and rude and moreover the truck they implied an issue today was also there yesterday and besides truck is in front of a neighbor's house. Moreover, they drove my vehicle to my home today and regardless of anything else could have easily just parked in front of my home. I'm sure this company does good work and this is just my experience, but I rarely give critical feedback unless someone gets testy with me and that is the single reason I'm writing this review.

The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Updated a year later: Customer service is still great. Got a new car and one of my lights came on. Went in to ask if they could tell me what it was. Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. When we got back to our car, the engine would not start. It was immobilized. A jump-start did not help... To make a long story short, we called a few places. Joe came to our location within 25 minutes, so we did not need a tow. He got the engine started within 10 minutes, told us to get a new battery, and we were able to drive to an auto parts store to buy the needed parts. After installing a new battery, we completed our road trip without further problems.
