I've never been to this particular forever 21 before. The store is very clean and everything is in its place. They are running a lot of know if the store is doing great. I'm really confused as to what the theme is here used to be able to figure out but now just looks like a mishmash of like a lot of different items. I did find a really cool mass orange dress for nine dollars and I picked up two tote bags that are eight dollars apiece for a friend! I didn't have a question and all the employees at the time we're on their phone so it looks like I didn't wanna be bothered. Their clothes also look very basic like I could find the same sweatshirt at the same price in Walmart. However the overall price of items ranges from $4.99 to $8.99. Not sure if I'll be stopping at this particular store but it's nice to check out shops! read more

It's Forever 21 so can you really expect much? Yes actually you can..... Theres no excuse. They make enough money to care about their store more. This was a bad experience and the very reason I stop coming here. The employees are rude and brash. The fitting room line took 20 mins and they only have one fitting room for two floors? Doesn't make since. The staff is inadequately staffed. Theyre clothes all over the floor. The plus size area stays the same for weeks with no replenishment. Worst part? The line to check out took 45 mins while tour busses of tourist went in and out of the line while still shopping. Why is no one monitoring the lines. I watched 3 different people enter the lines with their friend with arms full. I will be shopping elsewhere for cute clothes. read more

I was looking forward to my visit here since I see this place from the highway all the time. But boy was this place a disappointment. Lol The place is a wreck. It looks like the day after Black Friday in here. Clothes are disorganized and all over the place. They don't have a lot of "hot" clothes... everything looks the same and boring. It's two floors but they only mean, there is another floor. There's nothing of value upstairs though. Plus it looks so dirty and messy - that I didn't want to be up there for more than 5 minutes. So, that stinks cause i was hoping to buy some cute clothes. They did have great looking accessories and swimsuits and shoes. But the clothes, left nothing to desire and the store itself was so dirty that i don't think I'll return. read more

I'm switching out my sizes last second, line is still long. Worker: um we're closed. I should have just thrown down what I was about to buy and walked out but I still went on with my purchase. Super disrespectful, I should've gotten her name. I gave this place a second chance. Me: do you sell Fanny packs?" worker: I don't know. Dont even bother calling the number. I was given a refund because an employee rang something up twice. When I checked my bank statement it is still showing up so I decided to give them a call. No one picked up ever!!! I am now having to fight the charge off with my bank because I can't get someone on the phone to let me know why the charge is still on my account:( read more

clean and organized store but very unwelcoming. the staff didn't look my family's direction or acknowledge us to say hello when we entered the store. i don't want to play the race card but just take a wild guest at the complexion of my family vs the associates / other shoppers... yeah. anyways, no associates were around incase you had a question or needed assistance. the escalator is not working. THERE IS NO PLUS SIZED SECTION in the entire upstairs or downstairs of this store. which was very inconvenient and unfortunate. i know forever 21 doesn't claim to be a plus sized store but all the forever 21 stores in my hometown are equipped with at least a small plus sized section where this one is not. i wasted 20 minutes walking from the outlets to this store which was across the street just to not find anything in my size. also the price and quality of their items has gone down so badly over the years. im not spending $15 on a plain white crop top, but that's just me. i will most likely not return to this store ever again. read more

So this will mostly be for forever 21 in its entirety not just this location but I will start with this location. You can never find an employee in the store, despite the fact that there's apparently at least 10 people working at all times. I had to go to the fitting rooms where somebody is required to actually be in order to find somebody to help me. Then that person actually couldn't help me anyways. Today there were 4 people behind the register. 3 were checking people out as I walked up but as those customers left the employees stepped away from the register. They were still behind the counter, talking to each other, but there was a line and at this point it was down to 1 cashier despite 3 other people being behind the counter. Now for the company as a whole, what a horrible business. Yes I know everything here is cheaply made and it's meant to be fast fast fashion so its not meant to last long but at the very least they could stand behind the things that they put out. I guess recently they started allowing for returns with your receipt and the tags still on the clothing. But you can only do so forth 30 days after purchase. Now I usually don't think about return policy is when I buy clothes, most places will let you return anything with a receipt and the original tag it doesn't matter how long its been. And if you don't have the receipt they usually give you a gift card at the very least. Not forever 21. You can only return or exchange if you have the original receipt and the original tag and it's within 30 days. I bought a dress that I was going to be wearing to an event that I ended up wearing a different dress to so I went to return the dress the day after the event and unfortunately for me it was more than 30 days after I had bought it. They wouldn't give me a gift card they would only let me exchange it and then they would only let me exchange it that day. forever 21 fashion is pretty hit or miss for me so I found nothing else I wanted in that store and now I'm stuck with a dress that I'm never going to wear again but least now I know I'm never going to be shopping at this place again and wasting my money there. read more

This is the worst Forever21 ever! I usually shop online but when something doesn't fit me, I have to go to this location cause it's the closest to my house. I was there yesterday to return some things but since I shop mostly online, they were in separate receipts and they were giving me an atitude for having to do separate receipts. So I decided to just exchange instead of getting the money back on my card. The guy at the register kept complaining in Spanish to the other employee that I didn't have a receipt. I'm Brazilian and I also speak Spanish. Not professional at all! And yes, I did have the receipts, he even made me show it to him to exchange my things cause the online price was cheaper than the store price! Also, he didn't know what he was doing and I was there for at least 45 min!! When I got home, I looked and my receipt and he didn't give me the credit for one of the items I returned but kept the item at the store!!! If u can, avoid this Forever21 location, employees are rude, unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to go back there so they can fix the mistake, but it will be the last time FOR SURE!!!! read more

I bought a nice burgundy jacket that was originally $27.90 but when i was at checkout it rang up as $9. Clearly the item was on sale but the employee brought his manager who rung up the same item for the SAME discounted price yet they insisted to type in the normal price of $27.90 on an item that was on sale. We stopped into this store late last evening. I was in another store when I received a call from my daughter telling me that two staff members had been very rude to her and her friend and were now talking about then in Spanish. The girls were in the upper level and the staff members told them they should not have been there as it was a closed area of the store. There were other customers shopping on this level as well but only my daughter and her friend were called out. My daughter and her friend apologized and told them they were not aware. One of the staff members rudely stated "how could you not know?" The two of them went on to talk about my daughter and her friend without knowing both of these girls speak Spanish as well. I did share these concerns with the manager on duty who immediately went and had a discussion with the main person involved in this conflict. I do appreciate he did this. I share the information so that others may be aware and to bring it to management attention if you or your friends/family are treated rudely. It is uncalled for---a shopping excursion should be fun and not conflict-ridden. The girls had items they were going to purchase but made the decision to not give revenue to a company that treated them poorly. At any rate I do not believe that "Jasmine" has a future in customer service. read more
