This forever 21 is usually a hit or miss with me. When it first opened they had dressing rooms upstairs and cashiers upstairs. I guess they find it's no longer profitable for them to do that. You also can never find staff. The whole right side of the upstairs always looks junky because of this. The backside is usually clearance and the section in front of that usually is a hodge podge with no real order. The last time I went in things looked pretty sloppily displayed and bare. Usually they do a fairly good job on the downstairs level but not this time. Maybe they are in between sets currently (March 19). The dressing rooms are pretty dark and not as well kept as before. However this forever 21 is my preferred location over Montgomeryville because theirs (usually - although I have not been recently) is a bigger mess and it's too open with no real flow. read more

This Forever 21 is located at Willow Grove Mall and is two, giant stories. I only went here because of the friend I was with that wanted to check out the men's section. When we first walked in I had to squint my eyes because of the bright lights and colors of the clothing the mannequins were wearing. But once my eyes adjusted I was surprised at how many clothes they had to choose from in addition to how clean and organized this store was. My previous visits to these stores usually involved steeping over misplaced and unorganized items, kudos to this location. We never got greeted or approached by staff, but the ones that we did see we're busy putting or folding items away. I can live with that. This store has a shoe section, lingerie section, accessory section, a small men's section, and massive juniors/women's section. I didn't buy anything because the quality of the clothing never impresses me, but hey, you get what you pay for. read more

This location is horrifically ghetto. I love Forever 21, I constantly order online and I'm typically shopping at this location once every 2 weeks. The staff here are rude, incompetent, ghetto, miserable, a-holes that don't even deserve this minimum wage job. Today I was waiting in line and was looking at phone cases and didn't notice I was next. The male cashier snapped his fingers at me and said "excuse me white lady I can help you here now". In what world of retail is that appropriate??? The entire time I was checking out they had a conversation amongst themselves. The most ridiculous experience was when there wS a physical fight between a customer and employee in the dressing room. The manager was no where to be seen. Ghetto mess. All i have to say. so, here's my story...I went In to this unorganized, disturbing store with my little 12 year old brothers. but before I did I went online to see what I liked, I screen shot It, and went to see If they would have It In the store. I had 6 dresses I liked. When I walked In I wasn't welcomed, I wasn't asked If I needed help! I mean I would have asked myself If I needed help, with the lost look I had on my face! I came up to one of the girls that worked there and asked her If she can look at these screen shots and let me know where I could find these dresses. She looked at my phone (not joking) for about 2 minutes saying "ummmm..hmmmm.ummmm..oooo.ummm, let me ask someone else" . She walked up to 3 more girls and one of them was a manager, and now I have 4 women looking at my phone doing the same thing and looking at each other. "umm,hmmm,ohhhhh,noooo,hmmm,ummm,maybe...noo,umm" SMH! I said, "Its fine I'll try to find them myself" so I turned around to my little brothers (who know nothing about dresses) showed them the screen shots of these dresses and within 3 minutes they found me 4 dresses I wanted to see. It was crazy in there. And me being me, I thought to give this place one more shot, I needed bottoms for a bikini, LOL forget about it! Being a frequent customer at Forever 21, I came in tonight to purchase a skirt that I needed. The first sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful in helping me find one to try on. After finding one that I liked, I went to go try it on. When I got to the fitting rooms there was a sales associate standing there and I asked if I could have a fitting room please. Before even finishing my sentence she rudely interrupted me that they were closed and I wasn't allowed in. Meanwhile there was still a few people in line at the register and shopping. I also only had one item with me. It was also only 8:47 when I went to try on and then purchase my skirt. I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my experience and will unfortunately not be returning to this location. It's unfortunate that one employee can ruin what could have been a good shopping experience. I love the store they have great clothes at a low price and are up to date with fashion. But what bothers me is that fact every sales associate I see in there always looks miserable, they never welcome you or even acknowledge you. I always feel like me and my money aren't wanted there. I used to work as a sales associate for multiple stores and I was always taught the customer is right, greet everyone with a smile and to leave your home problems at the door before you walk into. If they change there attitudes maybe they might make more sales and keep other customers coming back. read more

I will admit that this location is far better than its previous location in the mall. Other than that, everything else just gets worse. It is a lot cleaner than its previous location but that doesn't change the rudeness of all the employees. You are not once greeted when entering the store or asked if you need help. If that isn't bad enough, when you actually ask for help, you don't get it. Last weekend I saw a shirt on a mannequin that really caught my eye. I asked an employee for help finding it and she said, "it's either on the first floor or the second floor." ......THERE IS ONLY TWO FLOORS! I couldn't understand if she was being a sarcastic bitch or if she was just really stupid and didn't know the merchandise in her store. Another time I liked something on the mannequin, so once again I ask a different employee where I can find it. To which she replied that it was the last one... So why isn't she offering me the one on the mannequin? Is she too lazy to get it? Now I work in retail, we will not let anything on the mannequin unless there is more than 4 peices of that item left on the floor. The point of a mannequin is to advertise what is on the floor not just look pretty and not be readily available to the customer. Next thing: the fitting room. The fitting room attendants are always miserable bitches, and I'm quite sick of it. I'm sorry that I'm such a burden in your life for actually trying on clothes and making you do your job? Some of the laziest teenagers and one of the messiest stores. Try asking one of their 17 year old staff members (of which there are like 15 of, just standing around picking their fingernails) if they could help you find a size or even just where in the general area a particular item of clothing is found (considering more than half the store looks like a bomb went off). It's impossible to get anything other than a sigh that you've interrupted their social hour or just an "I don't know, probably over there" and pointing. It's some of the most unprofessional, frustrating stores. We get it, this is probably your first job, but seriously, just try and make an effort. read more

So. Rude. Almost unbelievable. Stopped in to make a quick return of a dress I bought online that was too big. Walk up to the registers where 4-5 employees were hanging out chatting. One employee (possibly a manager?) Asked for someone to ring. The group continued to finish their conversation. Took about two minutes while I just stood there. Asks what I need, I say to return. Doesn't say another word to me throughout the transaction. Instead is continuing to talk with her coworkers. If that was all that happened I wouldn't have been bothered to leave a review. However..... She asks me to insert my card to put the money back on, and then just walks away!? Leaves the register. So I'm standing there waiting for her to come back to give me my receipt. The other two employees I guess don't realize she hasn't finished the transaction so they don't say anything. Finally after waiting a minute or two I asked if someone could just give me my receipt. At that point the girl I'm assuming was the manager seems almost as shocked as I am that the other girl just walked away. The girl comes back and the other employees are like "what happened? Where'd you go? Why didn't you finish the transaction?" The girl just starts laughing saying how she left to go get candy.... She doesn't apologize. Keeps laughing like it's funny. Hands me a crumpled receipt and leaves again. The other employees half heartedly said goodbye as I walked away clearly annoyed and in shock. I had intended to make my return and then shop around but after that I left and took my business to Primark where the quality and customer service was astounding better. You lost a regular customer. This Forever 21 has the MOST AWFUL and UNPLEASANT workers of any store I've ever stepped foot in. They are all LAZY as well as RUDE. No greeting, no help. Multiple time's I've liked articles of clothing on mannequins and asked for help to find the item(s). The responses from the workers were uneblievable, "We're out of that." I'd rather go to h&m or garage cause they're neater and more organized! I went into forever 21 the other day and it was a hot ass MESS. First of all the new employees aren't even doing their jobs. I literally saw one girl shoving clothes where they don't even belong I would know cause I used to work in that hell hold. Now the managers are just the worst part in all this. The new store manager, let's just call him dick breath. He doesn't seem to know how to manage this store at all. I feel like I'm at a junkyard looking for scraps because every time I go in to that store everything is either on the floor, scattered around random places, and they're usually stained or ripped. There's another manager who's just as bad. Let's just say her name is Joanne She just sits on her ass in the office either eating or playing on her phone and does NOTHING!. She wouldn't even help a former employer get out of a nasty fight that broke out in the fitting room with a customer. I've seen and been through worse working there and I'm so glad I left. Now It's just funny to see allot of their customers and even they're own employees stealing merchandise right under their nose. My 16 y/o daughter wanted to purchase a vest displayed in the window since none were available in the store. She was rudley dismissed and told no. After my daughter told me what had happened while she was shopping with her father, I went to the store to see if I could purchace the vest and I was told that the vest could have been on hold as someone showed interest in it earlier. I told the saleswoman that it was most likely my duaghter who she was referring to as she tried to purchase the vest earlier in the day for a sweet 16 party she was attending. The saleswoman said that she could put the item on hold for me but I could not purchase it immeditately. If stock is not available, would it not be best practice to sell the item so that other shoppers are not let down when they find out that the item is sold out? I wanted to buy a vest, not a kidney! Where is common sense? I will not shop Forever 21 at this point and as a nursing instructor for two local nursing schools, I will request that my students boycott as well. read more
