Unlike other places that will not touch someone else's piercing job, Kelly at forever adored said no problem. She made an appointment and we came in a week or so ago. I have to mention that there is a big parking lot, parking is not a hassle at all. Coming inside we were greeted. The receptionist knew why we were there and showed us the earring she could choose from. The office is spacious and welcoming. Everything is very clean. There were bottles of water and candy on the center table. Although it was quiet and professional, the two women were talkative and engaging with clients. I found myself wondering what I could have done! My daughter is happy with her piercings and really liked how Kelly put her at ease and took her time until my daughter was satisfied to proceed. This review is for Tania's lash work. I got my lash extensions done by her when I moved to this salon and started fresh with a full classic set. Within days almost ALL my lashes fell off. I emailed for her to communicate with me, it took days for her to get back to me, and by then my fill was due (which was done by Kelly, who did a full set since I had no lashes anyway and she did a wonderful job). My next two week fill was scheduled with Tania. I believe in second chances and mistakes happen so I'll give her another shot. My lashes FELL OFF AGAIN WITHIN DAYS. I contacted the salon expressing expectations and how, again, I paid for a service that was not provided. I was told Tania would contact me and I have yet to hear back from her. Kelli was amazing! I was frantically calling around trying to get into someone (same day) because I had an event come up, last minute, on the following day! She only had an hour and stated that it normally takes her 1.5-2 hours for the first full set of lash extensions. She got me in for the hour that she had and said that she get as much done as she could in that hour (due to the time limitation she gave me a very fair and generous discount). In the hour that she had, she made my lashes look amazing!!!! I might add a few more for volume next time but the length is perfect and they definitely don't look "half" done. Better yet, they are noticeably different than before, but still look natural, which was the look I asked for. (The girl she did before me had a more "dramatic" look and they still looked AMAZING, that's just not my style) She's kind, personable, and makes you feel very comfortable. Her prices are reasonable and she is very knowledgeable. She would rather do what's best for your lashes, and keep them healthy, rather than make more $ and damage your lashes, which I REALLY respected. I will definitely be going back. The communication from Kelli and her staff has always been prompt and professional. The staff is always ready for me when I arrive for my appointment on time. The salon is cute and very clean. The services I have received were clearly explained to me and were completed expertly. I recently moved away from the area and have been unable to find a quality technician who can perform to the level of Kelli and her staff. Trisha did my lashes and they were very good and natural like I asked, but 75% of my lashes feel out within the first 3 days so I called and make an appointment to get them redone. They not only charged me more to fix them, she also went shorter without my permissions, which made look very unnatural and a bad look on my eyes. If you want to get the most out of your money I would go somewhere else. read more

I've never left a review on yelp before, and I'm only leaving one now because I came across this page randomly and saw that there are nothing but 5 star reviews on here... I got lash extensions here over a year ago, I can't even remember the girl who did them. I tried to make an appointment with the main girl and she was booked so I made an appointment with her newer partner. Lashes looked GREAT.. at first. They started falling out in clusters of 2 and 3 at a time and would hurt at times when they would. I was never given a brush or after care instructions and was told by a friend that I should comb them with a clean eye lash brush because they looked tangled. I purchased some from MAC. Could't brush them without getting them caught and stuck. I had never had lashes before so I had no idea none of this was normal. I tried her again, still naive to lash culture... I came with a washed face but still had a little make up on my eyes. She did them anyway, without taking it off. Lashes fell off within maybe 5 days. To top it off, she was chewing gum with her mouth open over my face the whole time. That was the last straw. I started seeing a new girl immediately once I wised up and never looked back. I had one gap as a result, but overall my lashes were able to be salvaged. I now realize how bad she was. Ladies.. PLEASE be carefull! read more
