**UPDATE: Just had my first session with Katelyn and a had a wonderful experience. The location is clean & calming and the staff is friendly. Katelyn was thorough in walking me through the in-Lei Lash Lift process, as this was my first time doing any sort of lash treatment. During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". I've gotten my lashes done as a lash lift with Katelyn quite a few times now and they always come out looking amazing! She is so fun to talk to to and is really calm and knowledgeable about the process. I really cannot go to anyone else after experiencing my time with her. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the process and take your feedback and wellbeing very carefully. The payment is in halves, 50% deposit before and then 50% payment after, and they are always running promotions for discounted prices! I really like this system and think it is fair to the business owner. Their scheduling system is also awesome and one of the things I really like because of its ease of use. I've also gotten my teeth whitened twice, once with Katelyn and once with Noor. They were both really great. The customer service here is amazing. They actually go around asking if people need help. They went to the checkout line to see if they had a small version of dry shampoo for me instead of just telling me where it would be, they ran to the back to get me something that wasn't out yet and then let me sample it even though they didn't have a tester yet. So I been very skeptical of getting my lashes done for so long. I always seen beautiful ladies get them done and their eyelashes look so voluminous. I got a referral to go to Anousone one day and I jumped on yelp and seen all the gorgeous lashes she has done for so many beautiful ladies that I decided to give it a try. The day I went in she greeted me with the friendliest smile and her bubbly attitude sold me by far with her greatest gift in the the world. I had confidence that it was already going to to be the greatest experience for me. My instinct was so right she literally gave me the lashes that I had pictured in my head. Such a dream come true to have lashes the way you pictured it. She educated me on how to take care of them and what to do if something was to happen if I would of had an allergic reaction.
