Mine took about 20 plus minutes and she had to manually remove quite a few lashes because they were glued so close to my skin and there was so much glue it was almost impossible to get off! My lash tech mentioned i have damage from the previous set and there's a gap in my lashes due to that damage. While she was removing my old set of lashes, there was a cluster of 7 lashes glued to a singular fan! I honestly don't know how many lashes I lost but I am severely upset with the damage!!! I would really appreciate it if the owner of Beauty and the Brow could reach out to me regarding this situation. I paid $175 plus a $25 tip for the worst lashes I have ever had! I really hope she's not doing this to other clients!

That's was an awful experience.. it was very painful, she had no patience, she didn't wait till I'm numb, she blamed maybe I was on my period that's why I was super sensitive.. to make long story short, I didn't go backs for my free touch up.. and it wasn't done correctly. When I went to Philippines, I tried to redo it, they made even worse ‍ so then, I waited for over 5 years to let it fades.. then I started to look for someone to correct my mess up brows..
