First and foremost, Joss is the sweetest person ever! At my first appointment, she was running a little behind schedule and comped my eyebrow threading. I SO appreciate people who are in the business for their clients rather than for the money - I always get that vibe from Joss. She also has a bunch of specials/promotions. Her online booking is very user friendly. I am now a regular for eyebrow threading (occasionally lip threading too). She lets my brows grow out and leaves them very natural looking, exactly what I like. Threading is a little painful, but much safer for sensitive skin than waxing. Threading creates a very clean and precise look. I also recently tried a hydrodermabrasion facial ("hydrafacial") and absolutely loved it. I have the most sensitive skin and was worried about having a reaction, but it went so smoothly. I truly saw a difference after - cleared pores and ultimately smaller pores. I've been seeing Joss for about a year and a half but it feels like I've known her way longer! I found her through the lash out bar because they were walking distance from my work. I'm so glad that I found her! She took my lashes from blah to bam! I have long straight lashes so when they aren't curled, it looks like I don't have lashes. Lash extensions are too high maintenance for me (nothing against them, just not for me) so lash lifts are perfect! Takes only 45-60 minutes and I can get them done every 8-10 weeks.
