I will start off by saying that Forever Clean did a fantastic job detailing my car and the owner is very pleasant. I would recommend their service to anyone who wants a onetime detail. However, if you are looking for regular service, they can't be depended on. After scheduling a standing appointment, they never showed up. I tried rescheduling multiple times, but they again never showed up despite confirmations that they would. NOTE: I would request that they do not use air freshener or place air freshener tablets throughout the car. Although a thoughtful gesture, I was not asked if I wanted air freshener. read more

I'm a very satisfied customer! I recently purchased a used car and wanted to feel connected to it, so I decided to have it professionally cleaned/detailed. I first visited Forever Clean's website which was nicely laid out and impressive. I then called to set an appointment. I spoke with the owner (Jeff) who was very friendly and professional. The best part was that he was able to put me on the schedule for the next day! I wasn't expecting that. He showed up at my home on time and did a magnificent job on my BMW. I was very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of car cleaning products. I was able to pay by credit card and have the receipt sent to my email. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the Central & Northern VA areas. I'd like to add that I REALLY love the 'New Car' air freshener that Jeff gave me. It smells wonderful. read more

I had Jeff out to get my cars ready for winter and he did a truly outstanding job. I'm a car collector and I'm an expert when it comes to paint work and detailing. Jeff is the best I've found! He spent about 7 hours going panel by panel on the exterior of each vehicle. Needless to say, they each looked amazing as they should after that much time and effort was spent on each car. I thought I knew what a detail was all about. Then I met Jeff at ForeverClean Detail. When I saw how a "Real Detailer" works I was blown away. I didn't know it was possible to have so many different ways to clean my car. He was very professional with his work, and his attention to detail was beyond what I thought was extreme. Very unreliable. First detail showed up, did my horse trailer -was great. Second time to do another job- stood me up. No call, no return text --nothing. many attempts to contact him. Finally, got a hold of him and rescheduled again. He even confirmed the night before but again - he ...stood me up. Read the other reviews-others have had the same problem. Don't waste your time! Because that's all your going to do when you contact these people! Made an appointment online for a detail, got an email appointment reminder the day prior and a phone call from who I suspect to be the owner the night prior who changed my appointment time from 7 to 10. Okay, no big deal. 10 rolls around, and no one shows up. I text and called the guy that called me and no response. Later on that evening when I send a less than nice text message I get a response apologizing that he thought his guys showed up and that he was going to have to fire his crew and he would do my car himself. So we reschedule for the following weekend. Was supposed to come at 8, didn't show and got a text around 8:30 saying that it's calling for snow and it's only 30 degrees and has to warm up. Okay not so happy I am being told this 30 minutes after he was supposed to show but it was cold and it was supposed to snow. So we reschedule again. (Stupid I know) This time for Friday at 9. It's 9 and no one shows... I text asking if someone was coming and I get a message back asking if I'd like for him to do it today. Are you kidding me!? I can't even give this company a star because all they did was waste my time over the course of 2 weeks, but since you can't post a review without a dang star...
