I checked the roof to see if they had waxed it yet, and mentioned it to the person that it was still dry. The cashier told me he's the best, and I assumed he would get it. I walked off and waited until he was done. At 610pm, my van was ready. I checked the roof again, and still dry. I told the guy, and he told me he got to the places he could reach, which wasn't very high, because it was all unwaxed. They told me to return the next day so they could correct it... But they had the van for 9 hours. The cashier offered to take off the oversized fee, but still rang me up and forgot to apply my coupon for $20 off. When I got home I noticed it hasn't been buffed out and the back door was not waxed. Bummer. $130 for a 15 min job. Whatever. Getting a car detailed in fxbg is hit or miss. Definitely not recommending this place.

Recommend avoiding this detailer. I hired Jeff Strother and Forever Clean to ceramic coat both of…read moremy vehicles. Jeff showed up around noon for an appointment that was scheduled for 0900. Jeff was apologetic and friendly during the details and does use quality product. His exterior install of the ceramic coating was good and he took the time to remove road debris prior to application. However, he did pop out a proximity sensor on the front grille of our Volvo XC90 and did not tell us. Additionally, he did not attempt to remove a paint mark from another car door in a parking lot and stated it wouldn't come out. I took the Volvo to the Alexandria Volvo auto body shop the nest week and they removed it with a simple compound that was hand applied while waiting in the service bay (about a 5 minute job). Other detail related issues was a lack of deep interior cleaning. My vehicles were both extremely clean on the interior so I just needed a dust off and crevasse cleaning. Jeff took advantage of the cleanliness of my vehicles and failed to conduct this deep clean. Something as simple of a rag wipe of the trunk plastics made this evident. My major issues with Jeff really only ensued following the detail. He advertises a 5 year warranty on his ceramic coating as well as submitting the job to CARFAX to document the professional installation. To date, Jeff has not furnished any information on the 5 year warranty, registered the ceramic coating of either vehicle with CARFAX, nor provided a receipt so I have record of the ceramic details. He reiterated via text message numerous times over a 2 month period post detail that he would fix the issues and never did (screen shot of texts attached). He now is unresponsive. In closing, if you are going to spend money on a professional detail and/or ceramic coating, go with someone who will do quality work AND provide documentation of their warranty as advertised.

My 2006 Pathfinder has never looked better, and Jeff was able to get rid of a few minor scratches off of her! The interior was perfect, looked like the day we bought her back in 2006. The only bad thing I can say is that now my car is so clean, I can see more of the damage that I have caused to the body! :) But we were able to see some rust spots forming from chipped paint that I can have repaired. I was so happy with the detailing that I booked another appointment to have him detail my 2014 BMW 435i. NOTE- this is a very long appointment, about 8 hours worth of work being done, so don't expect to be driving off in your car after an hour or two. I dropped off my VW MK7.5 GTI to get a full car ceramic coating, along with wheels and brake calipers. The results were fantastic and after a year, the coating still stand strong!
