HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE, took my car to Jack's Car Wash after to wash again. Dude with brush, wow made my rims look horrible, I was dumbfounded. Vacuums are broken and there are white pipes sticking out from white cement, found out when tripped and do believe my toe is broke, building stopped me from face planting. God horrible!!! Just wanted a car wash. Should've just started at Jack's car wash...cheaper!!! Jack's actually washed my car! THANKS FOR TAKING 23$ AND THE BROKEN TOE! ****WARNING****: THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION FOR MONTHS!!! THEY STEAL! We went to this car wash on 09/02/25 and asked for a month of washes. ONE MONTH was all we asked for from the representative. He told us we could pay for one month and come back and pay again if we wanted more months of washes. Those were his exact words and two people understood him to say this. This was, in no way, misconstrued. Both I and my spouse were instructed to use the kiosk by the representative and the receipt said, "$17.99" which was the one month price. ****We just noticed charges for $17.99 each month on our card for October 2025 through April 2026! We did not ask for a revolving charge and signed nothing! There was nothing on the receipt nor on the kiosk screen indicating this was a revolving charge! Nothing! Here is our proof: WE NEVER WENT BACK AFTER SEPTEMBER 2025. This can be proved by the record kept with the business of our license tags. They use tag readers that record your visits. They cannot produce records showing our tags went in their wash AFTER SEPTEMEBER 2025. If we had intended or known we had signed up for a revolving charge, then our tags would have been in that car wash getting our money's worth of washes! Instead we are left with a total fraudulent charge of $107.94 we did not ask for. This was STOLEN from us! DEAR RAGING WATERS, WE HOPE THE $107.94 WAS WORTH YOUR REPUTATION. read more

Prices are great - didn't wait very long, I'm new to the area so I've been looking for a place that has monthly subscriptions. Saturday around noon I was going to check it out because I was out an about. They were a little upset that my truck was big and the rail bars don't come in anymore - it's an old truck. I paid for the mid level wash. The gentleman waved me forward abs I was thinking "umh I can't go forward there's a car there..?" Don't we need to leave SOME space between the vehicles? And about 1/3 way into the wash the whole system broke - he said the track link broke (probably because there were too many vehicles on it..) and they had everyone pull forward, they asked me to back out. Hosed down my truck and sent me on my way. Kinda bummed that I didn't get a voucher for another wash because I didn't really get mine to begin with. But ‍ Ohkay. Might go back - just not on a Saturday because it seems they were chugging people through without ensuring proper care. I will say this - a lot of automated car washes scratch up my rims and this one didn't (not even after backing out haha) The technician was nice. Worker looked tired and discusted, he motioned for us to wind down the window, no hello, justed barked at us "put it in neutral and take your foot off the brake." The wash itself was barely adequate. It failed to clean off bug guts from windshield, but it did knock the dirt off of the paint pretty well. The vacuums were awful! No suction at all. I will definitely not be going back again. read more

The owner states that he agreed to pay the repair shop... Unfortunately, as I've found out since, the repair shop would not accept a "third-party" check and requested that he pay me instead. This is when he lost it! The repair shop then agreed to accept the check and sign it over to me--but this quickly became a reason for the owner to not pay and he stuck with it!! As far as his insurance denying the claim--he didn't have the appropriate insurance cover the claim! It was not denied because the claim was not valid as he would have you to believe. He's a business owner with a pretty twisted, narcissistic view of how business is run--and it isn't in the interest of his customers. read more

The car wash experience was fun... the colors are nice. The owner is very nice too. I was able to go through the car wash again when the first time it didn't clean my car really well. I gave a three star because I paid extra for a detail in my car as well (total was $54 including tip). The person who cleaned my car did a fairly decent job and I tipped in the end... however after getting into my vehicle I've noticed a lot of missed places that weren't cleaned. The windshield inside was never wiped down, there were still dust in a lot of places, I've noticed it was wiped, but left traces of dust still on the side left over from the swipe. I also had this one dead bug in the back of the car lol, my kids were the one who pointed it out to me. They said it was still there. This pretty much tells me that this person didn't really "detail" my car. Overall, it's ok... I've been here once before and the other person did a far better job detailing the car. I guess it just depends on who you get. Hit or miss. read more

So the car wash is the same as most. It doesn't always get your car sparkling, but the staff are amazing. On two different occasions someone has come out of the building to join me In wiping down my car after the wash. They gave free rages in the building and they are exceptionally helpful. I have been a Raging Waters customer for fourteen months, now, having monthly packages for all three cars in our home. I have received consistently excellent service throughout this longer-than-one-year tenure, do not do business with other car washes, and view the cost of our monthly plans as investment in our transportation. Being a customer for a year with more than one vehicle means I've experienced more than four complete seasons with all the cars in our home, and I can say that all of our cars have never been better cared for, aesthetically and mechanically. Over the past winter alone, we kept any one of our three cars washed more than even our most important one car was washed in past winters. But it's deeper than just clean paint. Investing in how the cars look and in vacuuming the cars during each and every cleaning visit has taught my entire family to think about keeping the cars well serviced mechanically, also. I even have taught my teenagers to take the car they drive through Raging Waters as a part of their driver education. A ten-minute wash-and-vacuum visit once a week per car becomes habit, and the small amount of sweat-equity paid regularly translates over to watching the miles on each vehicles oil changes, listening to the little sounds the cars make and having those checked out before they become expensive repairs. After fourteen months as a customer, with forty years and many cars' worth of driving experience, I see the benefit of investing the time and little bit of money it costs to keep the vehicles looking good, inside and out. I'm an honest customer, not a paid writer, I live two miles from Raging Waters, commute by it twice a week, and have never taken better care of any car before than over the past fourteen months for all three cars, on the outside, inside, or under the hood. A mediocre drive thru wash...with tons of soapy water left behind. Then I pulled up and spent about 30 min vacuuming it myself, which I wouldn't mind doing if I hadn't just paid $45. I usually don't post reviews. However, this is just to warn others. It might be worth looking at a different location although this car wash is in a convenient location. The wash itself wasn't terrible. There are a lack of vacuum hoses available although there are plenty of stations. I was excited to see this open up and I had intended on going often but I winded up going during a time that they offered a free $15 wash. The prices are steep. I took the free wash to experience it in my Toyota Corolla that I keep in great condition. When I exited the car wash I found that the car wash had broken my tire valve stem on my driver side tire. I also noticed that many of the side view mirrors had been turned the opposite way and it may be a good idea to quickly put them away before going through. I thought it had broken my side view mirrors. I won't be coming back simply because of the tire valve. I've taken my cars through plenty of similar car washes and I've never had my car come out with any damage. UPDATE: Turns out the tire pressure sensor is broken from this whole ordeal. The repair is going to be upwards of $200. Sucks that this happened at a car wash and a relatively new car wash at that. read more

I just brought my F-150 in and bought the $9 wash with tire shine (total came to $12). I was very impressed with how the wash handled my truck. Other $5 car washes in the area miss the center of the back and I have to get the area myself. This wash got it all. The attendants paid good attention with the prep at the beginning of the car wash. It doesn't sound like you're beating your car up as you go through. It's gentle but effective. This will be my new spot anytime I need a wash. read more

I actually have no complaints about this car wash. I get the basic $5 wash and my favorite part is that you can use the vacuums as long as you need. I haven't had any issues with soap residue. The workers are always very friendly and ask if you need help. read more

New business, they took a real long time to build it and they posted something on Facebook they had issues with materials and so forth being stolen...No grand opening, nothing announced that I ever saw, a couple red letter spray painted boards put in the top level windows Now Open...that made it look like a new abandoned building....I gave it a chance today and disappointed!!! There is finally a professional sign at the road saying they are open, but no posted prices before you drive to the back of the building and pull up to pay for Carwash nor a bug prep area. I pulled up and a guy ran up to my car and grabbed a sawhorse and put it in front of my car and pointed at the other lane so I had to back out and pull back up. It should have been marked before I got there (4pm) $6, $10, $15 and I think there was a $20 wash) I picked the $15 wash. It was confusing the machine wanted another $3.99 for blow dry?!? I did not choose it but I did get the fans at the end so I'm assuming it's some kind of higher fan option? The employee used a spray gun on my new car and it was full blast and he held it really close to the car-luckily no damage that I saw-you need to tell them not to hold high powered sprayers close to cars. The wash itself was ok-it did an ok job but I had bugs left on the front end. When I pulled out the light stayed a solid color and did not change so just pull out when you feel your car is done. Out of all those vacuum areas only 12 had hoses to use and they only reach one side of the car so I had to pull out turn around and back in. The container holding the hose was just laying on the ground and not strapped to a post. Then it took a 3 point turn to get out of there. You all have some work to do-it's a convenient area but wasn't too happy. read more
