Nope. I dropped of my van for a gold detail at 9am. They had the van all day. When I arrived at 530pm, they were still working on it. I checked the roof to see if they had waxed it yet, and mentioned it to the person that it was still dry. The cashier told me he's the best, and I assumed he would get it. I walked off and waited until he was done. At 610pm, my van was ready. I checked the roof again, and still dry. I told the guy, and he told me he got to the places he could reach, which wasn't very high, because it was all unwaxed. They told me to return the next day so they could correct it... But they had the van for 9 hours. The cashier offered to take off the oversized fee, but still rang me up and forgot to apply my coupon for $20 off. When I got home I noticed it hasn't been buffed out and the back door was not waxed. Bummer. $130 for a 15 min job. Whatever. Getting a car detailed in fxbg is hit or miss. Definitely not recommending this place. read more

They do a decent job for the cost but they smoke inside the office and it smells terrible. You have to go inside in order to pay which is unfortunate. The car is clean and they are friendly but that smoke leaves you smelling like an ashtray. Yuck. read more

We've been here a couple of times and they do a great job. We were impressed by how clean the inside and outside looked. They took their time on the whole vehicle. One was a big truck and it was spotless. If we can't clean our vehicles ourselves we will always go here!!!! read more

This is by far the cleanest and newest my car has looked since I bought it! Mine Road Auto Spa did an amazing job on every little detail! From the exterior to the interior, it looks amazing! My car desperately needed a good wash and vacuum. Since I was in the area visiting family, I dropped by on a Saturday early afternoon to get my car cleaned. There was a small line but it went quickly. They have a large, easily-labeled list of car wash choices you can choose from, ranging in price and specific cleaning details, such as special wax, tire cleaning, rust prevention, etc. I drove up, waited my turn, advised the guy which wash I wanted, then they pulled my car up to vacuum- which they did a very thorough job! Once through the actual wash, they wiped down inside and out so my car was all shiny and clean! The best part- the inside area where you wait. Air conditioned, lots of seating, very nice staff, a couple of cute birds, and ladies- THE cleanest bathroom at a car wash EVER. It even has REAL toilet paper (read: NOT tissue paper trying to be toilet paper). It's the little things, right? If you need a good full-service car wash, definitely check this place out! read more

This was my first experience having a car detailed. While it looked LOADS better coming out than the mess I dropped off, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail on my Platinum detail. The console received the least amount of attention but there are various other places that still have crumbs/debris, and the speedometer dash and rearview mirror don't appear to have been cleaned. Don't get me wrong, the car is 1000 times better than I could have done for myself, but it is lacking for the price you pay for a professional. read more

Was a loyal customer for years and in an instant today, that all changed. Went use my prepaid wash card and was charged an additional $2.00 for an "Oversized Truck". It is a Dodge Dakota!! I've never seen this before here and explained it to this new manager was. He rudely stated that is their policy now to overcharge all pick up trucks this fee and that the employees were doing it wrong all of these years. Extremely rude and will never go back. The gentleman behind witnessed the same treatment to him earlier by this same mgr. Nice customer too and 23 year service member!! Hard to believe an owner could watch his loyal customers treated this way. He just lost two customers today in a 20 minute span!! Where did this idiot come from?? read more

I got my car detailed here by Dante. He was great! He did an excellent job and was very thorough. There were stains in my truck that I have never been able to get out and he got all of them out! They're all gone! It was like a whole new truck by the time he was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back in the future! read more

This was my first and last experience here. They completely forgot about my appointment to get my vehicle detailed, even when I called to confirm the day before. When I went to pick it up they had no idea what was going on and didn't even think to question why there was a car sitting in their parking lot all day! Extremely disappointed. read more

My husband and I stopped here today to get our cars detailed. We both have brand new Challengers. This car wash does not have hand washing services. They use an automatic car wash with brushes. There is NO way I'd let my car get scratched up! Any decent car wash that offers detailing services, should hand wash, or at least use manual power spray wash for those of us that love their cars. read more

I am a transplant and just moved here from California. I needed to find a car wash and looked on yelp and saw the ratings here. I had to wait about 10 minutes in line, but the line went quickly. I had a $2 coupon from online. The gal at the counter was very helpful when I told her I just moved here. She showed me the $50 card that cost $35 and how you can get 10 washes, then the next one is free. Also, military gets a 10% discount! So I bought a $35 card and I had the coupon, but I did not realize she did not take the coupon off. I went to sit outside to wait for my car and the gal comes running out in a few minutes with a coupon for a free $12.99 car wash. She said she forgot to take off the coupon, so instead, she gave me a free wash. She did not have to do that, that is great customer service for someone who just moved here and likes her car VERY clean. The inside and outside waiting area seemed spotless and everyone from the first worker who vacuumed my car to the last worker who drove my car to the end was professional. I highly recommend you get your car washed at this establishment. I will be back again and again. read more

For a pickup the cab area is small which is much less area to clean but is treated like it's an SUV for an extra $25 plus $30 tip to cost $185. They only sweep out the bed but not wash it other than putting it through the car wash. This is something the customer should have been told at the time of making an appointment. It's all about expectations regardless of the cost. We had another pickup we had detailed for about $60 + 20% tip and the car was literally Showroom ready and spotless. The truck bed looked like it had never even been used, that's how clean it was. I don't want to promote another business publicly or else it would look like I'm a "competitor" and will be accused of. I'm not saying Mine Road is a terrible place, I'm just saying that it could have been done much better and you get what you pay for. I'll stick to just the wash and vacuum here when I drive through Fredericksburg and go to another place to get it detailed not far from Mine Road Auto Spa. I'm glad I had the other place to compare to MRAS, so now I know the difference of what a real Detailing is all about. read more
