Based on my extensive research and reviews seen here, I decided to take my vehicle to this young man (Brian). While I have to say that his customer service skills are impeccable, the quality of his work is not. My 2016 GMC Yukon had a rip into the metal as a result of my son backing his truck out of a parking lot and scraping the driver side rear passenger door. When we met, he provided several ideas in how to get the issue corrected and we ended up deciding to cut the metal off and reinstalling a new piece that would've / should've looked like factory. My understanding is that he used a 3rd party that was supposed to cut the piece out and weld the new material in for him to work on and paint it. The final product was a little messy but he assured me that with time it would clean up and look nice. Well.. months have gone by, the vehicle has been washed a few times and it still looks very crappy. Plus the installation of the inner door panels was terrible. The door lock mechanism where the button goes up and down doesn't work and I now need a new door that will run me about $2500 with paint and labor. I attempted to capture as much detail as I could ,but the rear door looks far worse in person than it does here in the photos. The color also doesn't help in seeing the details but trust me... the job looks terrible in person. After using the reviews from here in deciding hiring this young man.. I needed to report my experience so that others don't fall for the same mistakes I did. Nothing personal.. whats done is done and I wish him well. He's just not the bodyshop you're looking to trust your high valued possessions to. That's all. Good luck to you all. read more

Always clean should be named squeaky clean. We dropped off a Honda Civic and after we returned we thought we had a new car everything was clean. I'm not sure why this place got 5 star reviews. I booked the service by reading reviews and the response time was more than 12 hrs. Anyways on the day set, the time that was given Brian didn't show up, instead said that he is waiting for baby sitter to show up. Understandable, I said okay. He showed up at 10:30am and took my car for detailing to his place leaving his bike behind. Two hours passed by and I didn't hear anything so I text and he responded 30 minutes later that they just finished vacuuming. Another hour or so he brought back my car. I was so surprised there were areas that were missed and very much visible, so I pointed out and he either wiped it with his own hands or his tee shirt. Any how next day when I drove my car I was at the verge of crying cause all of my car windows and windshield were so dirty that I couldn't believe, they were like cleaned with dirty rags. There were spots on the seats, on the gear console, there were sand on the back of the seats, I even left glove box empty the top one was never cleaned. I specifically mentioned as I moved my chairs that were used at the beach and some sand might have transferred. It's 2019 car and wasn't even that dirty I just wanted it to be really cleaned. With $135 charge I got the service of literally $25 like I had better experience at Mr. Car wash. Such shame. I texted him and he offered to fix the areas. I don't know why I trusted again and agreed. It's a day today he said 10:30 is okay and it's noon and when I called at 10:40am he gave me the same lame excuse of babysitter not showed again. I text him back and said not to come. His communication and car detailing both shady. Never ever again, I will take my car to some trustworthy place. I wish I could give MINUS stars. Extremely unhappy!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Great, quick professional service. It's a small business and our car was cleaned by the owner. Quickly worked our car into his schedule to clean it. Service took three hours and car looked awesome when we got it back. We had a moldy/mildew smell in our car from when one of the kids had spilled something & we didn't catch it in time. He detailed the car & was able to get the smell to go away. We were told that the place is open from 0800-2200 most days, but definitely call and see if he has time for you. Great value & great service. Will definitely use him again as well as recommend to my friends looking to get their car/truck detailed. read more

I ended up getting stuck at home bc my husbands car wouldn't start so I was unable to get back to him to pick my car up when it was complete and he offered to bring my car back to me at no additional cost! He even asked if my husband needed assistance with his car and he provided that as well!!! I had purchased my used car 3 years prior from pet owners and never got it deep cleaned, that on top of 3 kids, the interior of my car looked like a bomb exploded lol. Did a great job cleaning the car except used way too much solution on navigation screen causing it to short out. Pointed it out right away, said he would fix the screen, been avoiding my texts after backing out of several agreed upon times to meet up. Going to have to settle in small claims court now. Several texts of him apologizing for screen issue and agreeing to fix the screen, then setting days to fix it only to come up with an excuse day prior to meet up. He also has warrants out for debt and hasn't renewed his LLC in years. Guess that's why he didn't want to pay for his mistake. read more

I sent request for estimates to several car detailing service via Yelp. The owner got back to me with a quote within a half hour. He was able to get me in the next day! He was prompt returning my texts and advised me when the work was completed. He did an amazing job restoring the interior, to where it looked new again. Phenomenal job. My black 2016 Infiniti QX60 was super clean and shiny. Every nook and cranny was cleaned.
