Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to any questions I had about ceramic coating and it's whole process. The outcome had me speechless when Mike and his team were done with my car. I dropped off my VW MK7.5 GTI to get a full car ceramic coating, along with wheels and brake calipers. The results were fantastic and after a year, the coating still stand strong! Mike also gave me tips on how to keep up with the maintenance, so his guidance was very helpful and appreciative. The beading in the car from the System X ceramic coating is incredible, and I almost look forward to rainy days now. The water beads up, and just slides off the paint now, it's amazing.
