The manager here, Nika is genuinely one of the kindest, most dedicated workers I have seen in a long time. She always makes a particular effort to make my experience welcoming and enjoyable. The advertisement on the website says "$10 for your first service" and "10 minute sunless tan", but when I tried to visit, I got held hostage until I was forced to give far too much personal information, then got lectured about bringing my 9 year old child (I came alone?!?) , got forced to tour the facilities in detail (again, just wanted a one time spray tan) and then got forced to sit through what was shaping up to be a 20 min sales pitch about "the memberships". I said thanks but no thanks as I leafed through the pages, but I just want my $10, 10 minute spray tan as advertised please, and I got yet another earful lecture about how that's not how it works and I MUST AND NO EXCEPTIONS sit through the excessiv, might as well be trying to sell you a timeshare, sales pitch. And when I said again, thanks but no thanks, I got told how how my vibes, or something, was off so I needed to leave and I would not be receiving service at all. And when I asked her to please delete the personal information she just captured, she refused and sent me to the corporate website. And when I asked for a contact person, she literally wrote the website/contactus. I can't make this up! Truly, horribly, bizarre. Like you couldn't have done a better job chasing away potential future customers if you were paid to. Good luck actually getting any service even if you are trying desperately to pay for it and move on with your life. It's a 30 minute timeshare pitch and then you still can't get the dang spray tan afterwards. Can't wait for it to go under and be literally anything else, or even, an empty space would have been better than the bait and switch false advertising this place does. Avoid at all costs.

I have to say I was witness to a very upsetting incident this morning while I was waiting, a gentleman came in with a very large pitbull dog and proceeded to raise a bit of a ruckus with the manager. The manager was overly nice to him as I felt and this gentleman was being very disagreeable and to be honest he was making me nervous and a bit scared, the size of the dog did not help and the fact that he brought a dog into be confrontational with the staff really upset me and it made me question my safety here and for the staff. Apparently the customer was upset over being billed for something that happened months and months ago but I feel bringing a pitbull into this salon was completely uncalled for. I have and train service dogs and know that animals are trained to generally go by the humans voice and their tone and this to be honest made me even more nervous. The staff does not deserve this kind of treatment and I actually feel as a customer I don't deserve to have to put up and listen to this kind of behavior from a gentleman I'm fear for myself or the staff this confrontation in my opinion could have been dealt with outside or in a much much better manner with a lower tone of voice and to talk to the staff that way was in my opinion unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this review because this location is amazing and to be honest that customer hopefully he does leave because he actually made me nervous for being in here.

They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.
