Jacqueline delivered literally the *worst* customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Like, so bad I was wondering if I was getting punked. The advertisement on the website says "$10 for your first service" and "10 minute sunless tan", but when I tried to visit, I got held hostage until I was forced to give far too much personal information, then got lectured about bringing my 9 year old child (I came alone?!?) , got forced to tour the facilities in detail (again, just wanted a one time spray tan) and then got forced to sit through what was shaping up to be a 20 min sales pitch about "the memberships". I said thanks but no thanks as I leafed through the pages, but I just want my $10, 10 minute spray tan as advertised please, and I got yet another earful lecture about how that's not how it works and I MUST AND NO EXCEPTIONS sit through the excessiv, might as well be trying to sell you a timeshare, sales pitch. And when I said again, thanks but no thanks, I got told how how my vibes, or something, was off so I needed to leave and I would not be receiving service at all. And when I asked her to please delete the personal information she just captured, she refused and sent me to the corporate website. And when I asked for a contact person, she literally wrote the website/contactus. I can't make this up! Truly, horribly, bizarre. Like you couldn't have done a better job chasing away potential future customers if you were paid to. Good luck actually getting any service even if you are trying desperately to pay for it and move on with your life. It's a 30 minute timeshare pitch and then you still can't get the dang spray tan afterwards. Can't wait for it to go under and be literally anything else, or even, an empty space would have been better than the bait and switch false advertising this place does. Avoid at all costs. read more

Fatima is an awesome representative for Palm Beach Tan in Lowry! She is a GREAT listener, very caring and followed through with asking a specific question I had regarding their newest equipment which is a lay down medical grade light stim for your entire body. This location is a very busy salon which is why they were able to get this awesome equipment which I will be using daily :) Excellent large parking lot. I have been going to the Palm Beach location on north Grant St for a little over a year. There's an employee there named Dakota that should be recognized for her excellent customer service. She's always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the products that are available for sale. I've been to over 10 locations and Dakota stands head and shoulders above all the rest. I have been tanning with Palm Beach Tan before it was Palm Beach Tan and I can honestly say the staff at the Quebec location in Lowry is outstanding. There was an issue on my account. They helped me fix the problem and get to the bottom of the issue. This is not the only time they have been this generous or helpful- it is constant! Alina is always so sweet and helpful, she always greets you with courtesy and professionalism and will help you find the best fit for your needs!! I'm one of many who were customers at At The Beach when it got bought out by Palm Beach Tan. The facilities are nice and the employees are nice, this has nothing to do with them. Spray tans don't roll over anymore ATB would allow me to save a spray tan if I did not use it that month, as a result I had a reserve of 1-2 spray tans that I hadn't used from previous months. I found out today that Palm Beach did not honor this and I lost 1-2 spray tans ( which cost about $25 each) with NO WARNING. Also, after getting a spray tan, the tan at ATB would not be super heavy at first and develop over a few hours, so I could still look like a normal person after I got the tan. The PBT tan goes one SUPER dark, even darker than it develops to be, so you look like an Oompa Loompa that first day until you wash it off. I'm very disappointed I didn't get a warning before my saved spray tans expired. That's 1-2 months that I paid for and saved FOR NOTHING. I canceled my membership. read more

My aunt has recently visited Denver, and she loves a good tan! Its a very clean space and the colors catch your attention, not to mention there's always music playing which is always a plus. She told me the young lady Alina helped her out, was very sweet and knowledgeable, made sure everything was well and was very nice to chat to. The prices were def up there but if you want a good tan or have the membership, Im sure its great! If you're ever in Denver you should definitely stop by, you will definitely feel welcome! Recently, my daughter approached me to get a tanning package. After reviewing your website, I suggested she and my wife go down and buy your $14.95 packages. Upon returning home, my wife handed me a bill for $250. What? I asked about the $14.95 package, and she said the offer was not presented or available. I proceeded to show her the website and asked her to go back and downgrade or get a refund. She went in, and 'Kristen' said you guys don't offer refunds. When she came back, I showed her the website, so I returned to the store on my own. They said the same thing, but when I showed them the website, they said I would need to come back the next day and speak with the manager. The next day, I spoke with the manager, who said she could not downgrade me or provide a refund directly. I asked about the process, and she suggested filing one online. I stated that I did so. She suggested that we keep using the service until the refund occurs, and then we could downgrade to the lower tier. She failed to mention that this suggestion would cost me an additional $120 (four one-off tans). Now that my refund has come through, I have $16 left. I would have never agreed to such a thing had I known that it would affect my overall spending. You have a potential customer who wants a simple package, but through an incredible amount of miscommunication and misinformation, I am now a customer who spent $250 dollars on six tans and some lotion, and even worse, there was no package. I am asking that you provide credit for those four one-off tans that were at the manager's recommendation. Had I known that her recommendation would have cost me another $120, I would not have pursued it. Please help. read more

MAN 1st I must say Atb certainly had it faults but you could work around the little things crappy beds in some locations the arrogant 23 yrs old trying tomorrow sell you thw lotions you never needed evertime you walked thru the door. Up and one day I walk in to my Lakewood store being told it a new place new owner at the national level and another new person telling me tanning if I want the usual products beds only that I would pay for 3 mos at a time can be used any time is now 120.00 a month for the new and improved company. They offer a promise of new equipment beds etc. Yet they ate charging a premium price for the same old shit. I was charter tan customer at the very 1st stor on 6th and Broadway. Thise records transferred and they can clearly see the history. AtB Always treated me loke a question based on the tanning history. I walked out of the Lakewood store now Palm Beach and I can assure I will never be back. The shame is the Palm Beach is nothing more than a nationwide monopoly and total. I guess these guys had to come to town to make you appreciate the old shitty ATB. Really I didn't think it could get worse or be more of racket, however I was proved wrong. Ii didn the math at 120 a month I can easily purchase my own used bed for around 1800 bucks and only pay for maintenance and bills. I don't tan to be dark I tan for eczema maybe 2 a week. The kicker is for one basic tan at this place its 40.00 session. What a joke. To treat my condition at this place 8x40= 320 a month x12÷3,840 I could afford one of the used high end beds. Hopefully this review give some insight to more of the fact b3ing a loyal customer for years had no merrit. Shame in Palm Beach I will continue to seek out independent owners and support them. read more

SCAMMERS!! stay away. The salesperson unequivocally said 12 months spray tans for $99 and they now state it was only good for 90 days. Used it twice. Of course nothing was provided in writing. Manager offered me one "free" tan. Stay far, far away. Try St Tropic in a bottle. Works great and you can avoid these scoundrels. read more

Ok. I go in around 7:45 pm after a long day. The older lady at counter gets me in... I go into room lay down push button and the bed does not go on.. I push it again and nothing. I go out half naked and inform her. She yells at me saying that it was all my fault for pushing the buttons and now the machine thinks I can and there's nothing she can do.. she also says I'll take my towel back". And I just leave mouth to the ground. I've never been treated so rude at one of your tanning salons.! I know there is something she could have done because I actually have worked at the beach before and know with the right customer service she could have helped me. I was so upset at this employee for making it feel like MY fault. read more

Recently had my first bad experience with Palm Beach Tan. The manager reached out and was great. Today was my first time back and Holly gave incredible customer service and was exceptionally helpful. Definitely is the best option for tanning. read more
