We gave him a rang and he was able to come to the house within a couple of hours. Turns out we had a loose wired outlet. Within 10 minutes the whole thing was fixed and I once again had electricity in my room. Throughout the whole process he left us know what was broken and how he was going to fix it. He guarantees his work so if anything he fixes breaks he will come back and repair for free. Will definitely be calling again for any electrical problems we encounter.

As noted in my original review ( I wish reviews allowed editing) the install was done professionally, the crew worked neatly, and it passed inspection no problem. This winter the new furnace operated with no issues. With this year's early heat waves the new units have been put to the test and then some. The unit that cools the upstairs portion of the house, that always struggled with our old unit, was sized perfectly and it has kept the temperature even when we hit close to 100 degrees. The other unit has worked perfectly as well, keeping the rest of the house comfortable without straining. Very pleased, to say the least.

With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. The technician that showed up was fantastic- cleaned my unit inside and out (old company never did), performed a full service and transfer test. He showed me how to manually transfer also (I had never learned) and put me on their dealer fleet monitoring. They have 24/7 emergency service and the calls go to an actual employee - not an answering service. The owner is a local firefighter in town also- the commitment to their local community evident. I wanted lights under my kitchen cabinets and instead of using the actual light fixtures the owner suggested using strip lights. Because I'm new here and didn't make many friends I don't entertain and from 2018 until 2020 I used. them twice. I went to turn them on in the beginning of the pandemic and the one end of lights was flickering so the technician came out to look at them and said I suggest you tap it to make it go on. From 2020 2022 again because no one coming to see me I never really use the lights twice if that and I went to use them in January 2022 and the middle section was Dim. So I called the number and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nasty to me and said well it's been four years and I could see if it was for years if I use them every day ot three times a week but if I use them for maybe five times in four years that was a lot I didn't see the issue with the lights burning out but if I use them for four or five times in the course of four years I can't see the lights burning out but they came in January 2022 I spoke to a woman Maryann at the office she was pleasant and they didn't charge me for the visit they said the contact went bad and the actual wires on all the lights were cut very short to be very careful because they could shift and fall off very easily. Well it's 2 to 3 weeks later after the visit and the whole middle section is totally out now. Now they want me to pay for $199 for a visit and for new lighting but unfortunately being a single income I cannot so now I have no lights or partial lights working under my kitchen countertops. Looks horrible If they would've told me that this issue would happen if I didn't use them or did use them I would've never gotten these lights and would have gotten s regular fixture with the bulb to change now with wires being short and be careful if you make any sudden movements but All i know is I turn the lights on to go to bed and woke up this morning and half of them out
