We got 2 buckets of breakable/shatterable items which was definitely the most satisfying part of the experience. However, there aren't too many items after the shatterables that have the same satisfaction -- many already broken appliances (i.e. rice cooker, TV, keyboards). Service: The woman who helped us was very nice and efficient in explaining the standards, our time, and helping us set up our music on the speaker! Ambience: It's a rage room, so... exactly what you think.

We called ahead to reserve a spot, and when we arrived, the guy working acted like he had no idea who we were or why we were there. The guy working was also cleaning multiple guns when we walked in, which was very weird and unprofessional. Not to mention it was a riffle- right in the middle of the business?!?! He then gave us lackluster instructions about "safety" and the room. The "safety briefing" was rushed and careless, like they couldn't be bothered. The room itself was tiny and could barely fit two people, let alone 5-6 people. All that you are given is a bucket full of glass that you go through in about 15 min (as two people). For the price, I expected a lot more variety and quantity.

This rage room was a little disappointing to me. Compared to my experience at another one, the…read moreprotection wasn't enough to enjoy my time. At the other one I've been to, we got protective boots to wear, a jumpsuit, hard hat, gloves and a full face mask. Here we got those things except a full face mask and boots. They have regular goggles and you wore your own shoes. I wore tennis shoes because I thought we would be switching out shoes for protective boots. I was wrong. I had to watch everywhere I stepped to make sure I didn't step on shards of glass and a few times, small fragments of glass flew in my face. I left with a small scratch on my forehead and small shards in my hairline. It's like they went under the hard hat. We spent five plus minutes in the parking lot afterwards, trying to remove glass from our shoes and hairlines. We got a private room, which was nice versus sharing with strangers. The room came with a Bluetooth compatible speaker for your personal playlist but it sounded very staticy and the connection kept dropping. While I appreciated this option over them playing whatever songs they wanted overhead, this made me made and I couldn't release my anger and frustrations properly out of fear of stepping on glass or getting hit in my face with it. I had to stop raging every five minutes to turn back on the Bluetooth speaker and to recalibrate it. I don't think I'll come back to this one.

I've visited this shop several times with the intention of both buying and selling, and…read moreunfortunately my experiences have been consistently underwhelming. On the selling side, offers tend to come in well below what I would consider reasonable resale value. For example, I've brought in multi-disc sets from the same artist and received offers that were essentially equivalent to a single item. The pricing approach seems to rely on the lowest online listings, with an additional steep reduction, which doesn't reflect condition or collector value very well. I've also had to point out when items were collector's editions or higher-value formats (such as steelbook 4K releases) just to receive a more appropriate offer. That process feels inconsistent and puts the burden on the customer. Customer service has been mixed at best. Interactions can come across as dismissive rather than helpful, and responses like "you don't have to accept the offer" don't do much to build trust during a transaction. I understand resale shops need margin to operate, but there's a balance between that and offering fair, transparent pricing along with a welcoming experience. Based on multiple visits, this location hasn't quite found that balance.

It used to be better. Go to McKay's or Grimey's for sale or trade. Both also have better selections. If you go they've got a decent music selection and the guys up front are cool.
