I am changing my 5 star review to 1 star after being assaulted tonight. The member in this photo took a swing at me since he felt I should be on the equipment for longer than 10 minutes. Mind you the entire gym was empty. This is the second time a member has tried to fight me at this gym and I am a combat injured Marine, mind you. I will not give them a chance for a third and do not recommend them to anyone not wanting to get into a fight at their local gym. Just a thought maybe get a big guy at the desk instead of leaving a 110 lb young girl as the only employee at the front to act as your bouncer. read more

This is a great gym for any fitness enthusiast. They have a variety of machines and even a stretching cage! I've been frequenting this place more often since this is where I train with my personal trainer. I can tell that everyone here is friendly because each time I go, there are at least 2 people that say hello to her! Don't expect luxury amenities here. It's an above-average gym with all the equipment you could ever need for whatever exercise! I'd say this gym is more geared for fitness enthusiasts vs. beginners. It does get pretty busy around 4 PM-7 PM for the after-work rush. I recommend going anytime before or after that window! They also offer after-workout drinks and snacks! It deserves zero stars. I'm a veteran and i bought two, one year memberships. this place closed down weeks later without warning. They promised refunds but I have seen nothing since requesting it weeks and weeks ago. This was a total scam and I'm getting lawyers involved. Avoid at all costs! read more

This is the gym I frequent due to its convenience from my drive to work and home. I have mostly positives to say about this place, and only some negatives. The space is huge, the layout is now streamlined, and the classes/tanning they offer are great. I'm rarely ever waiting for a machine or area to lift in. The front desk folks are always welcoming and taking care of the gym frequently. The bathrooms/locker rooms need to be renovated some more. I'd really like to be able to shower there sometimes and it looks like they were going to do that but didn't finish. I've sometimes had trouble getting in during non-staffed hours. They also went through a period of trying to play with the layout and each time I'd walk in, a machine would be on the other side of the building. However that has since not happened in a while thankfully. All in all, a great gym that I would definitely recommend to anyone, young or old, beginners and experts. read more

This is SUCH a great locally-owned gym. I'm so glad I chose FF24 for my "winter gym" while I'm at home! There are SO many machines and options for weight training. You'll never not be able to do what you came to do-- equipment is always available. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention, members have 24/7 access which was super helpful on days like NYE or Christmas Eve when you wanted to get some endorphins to make it through the holidays! They offer bootcamp and Zumba classes. I can't speak to bootcamp because I've never been brave enough to attend, but Zumba is great! High energy instructor who works your whole body. I know the bootcamp instruction comes from a personal trainer who knows her business. You can schedule personal training with her as well. Overall, people of all ages and sizes workout here, and at a very reasonable price I'd recommend it to anyone! read more

the gym has a 5 star potential, but the lack of showers, amenities and the workout atmosphere is poor- it has poor lighting and needs to be redone and have a overall rebuild- the equipment has potential but again the way its set and the layout is terrible- I hate to see this place waste away - just needs some care and focus- read more

I've been utilizing this gym for over 3 years. Less than a month after signing up for a 4th year, I was told that they wanted to nearly DOUBLE the price of my membership for the same services I've been receiving for the last 3 years. I have no problem paying additional money for improved equipment or environment but these services haven't improved; in my opinion, the quality has actually decreased. Spinning classes were removed and the Bootcamp class was moved into a back room which leaks from the ceiling, has barely any mirrors, and gets extremely hot. I've made many friends at this gym and enjoy the environment; it's just a shame how they treat long-time customers. read more

Love this place it's a great deal for it's size. The machines are brand new everything is very clean it's definitely more focused on weightlifting and weight training but it has tanning studio private workout room and A wide range of weights for your preference read more
