Two years after my wedding and I still get compliments on my bouquet that is hanging on the wall in our house. If you want to keep your flowers preserved, go check this place out. I believe this is the only business in town that will do an outstanding job and make sure that your needs are met. They will meet you at the end of your wedding (yes, even if it means at 9 or midnight) to get your flowers from you to make sure that it stays well put for the process. They were super awesome about the time that my frame accidentally dropped in storage and it caused some of it to fall on the inside of the glass that they actually made it look like new again without a charge. So after phoning Judy, she showed more interest in resolving this that I had imagined. Her response was that it is UPS' fault and I need to file a claim with them to have them come out and inspect it, inspect the original packaging, and they would ship it back it Forever Flowers to fix the arrangement with substitute flowers and ship it back. This sounds like a lovely solution on paper. Fix a faulty product, ship it back to you and receive it back to good. But let's stop here for a second and use our brains. Why would I ship my very delicate and precious flowers back, have them replace my exact flowers that I held as I said "I Do" with other insignificant flowers, just to have them ship it back to me? According to Judy, the whole problem here is the mishandling during shipping. I don't doubt that UPS may have thrown the package around-why would they care what's in the box. But how do you explain the photo quality and shipping the shadow box frame in one layer of bubble wrap? It takes two to tango. Just kinda seems like an average/below average product being shipped and packaged carelessly is the perfect storm to opening the box to a huge disappointment. If that's the case then someone please explain to me why on God's green earth would I subject these flowers to being "possibly mishandled and crushed" by shipping them AGAIN? twice! Once there, once back. I'm just not wrapping my head around how this would be a proper solution. Not to mention the original box and shipping material is long gone, and the frame is in good hands locally being fixed. Why cant they just reimburse me for getting it fixed locally (aka avoiding shipping it?) Am I missing something here or does a flower company not understand how delicate flowers are and that they must not be subjected to the same mistreatment again?? Baffled. read more

This was a huge disappointment and wish I could get a refund but the company stands by their work. Blamed wear and tear on flowers on potentially the wedding but these were in a quick civil ceremony and fedexed overnight. If they were in poor shape I feel I should have been notified and offered an option to have certain flowers replaced. Very expensive for this type off work. Not happy at all. It also took over four months. The bride took one look and asked if I could get my money back. They offered to replace flowers at my cost with me paying for shipping both ways. Nice. read more

After years of viewing the atrocity that is my "order" that hangs in my hallway towards my bedroom, I have trained myself well to "not see" it as I walk by, much like someone who doesn't see their family photos on their wall or down the staircase that have been there since the beginning of time when your, at the time, newlywed or newly-a-mom mother put them up in your home where you grew up for the last 20 something years (well... hopefully you've been out of the house and in your own place by then but hey I get that student loans are the silent dream killer here since everyone has been banking on that "college education" nowadays to carry them through to those "married filing jointly" and "dependant/s" refund days... quite honestly I could go on about college and my views but lets save that for some other reviews I have stashed up my sleeve (they've been waiting to fall out of that very sleeve for at least 7 years now)) shall we add another parenthesis? I digress... (always wanted to use that! Ohhh there are those other parenthetical marks!) Digressing again, not making any promises. Judy also worked with me, I have notes from our calls, which were made when I was newly pregnant (a planned honeymoon baby just in case anybody was wondering "how long did this woman wait to call about her flowers?! Crazy!) This pregnancy was especially hard on me and I wont go into to much detail. I first of all never could stand people who felt entitled, made mistakes or did a terrible job at something like customer service or maybe a calligrapher who was hired at a wedding invitation store AS a calligrapher (for fictional example purposes) who had NO idea how to do any type of calligraphy, and then made it seem like it was MY fault and how could I be so stupid in trusting someone to make beautiful invitations for my ONE and ONLY wedding (because, thats just how it works with me, no excuses no exceptions I do NOT and will NOT get divorced EVER) (like I said... no excuses no exceptions). My CRAP I so stupidly paid for so I could get my precious flowers back, is anything but what I wanted. I expressed my concern about detail (with a very apologetic explanation that I do not doubt her abilities!) If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent Forever Flowers my bouquet after my June 18th wedding. The arrangement just came back a week ago and it's after Thanksgiving. I wouldn't have minded it taking so long if it had come back looking like what I expected. It did not. I was extremely disappointed with the way my bouquet looked. My bouquet was all peonies, and I chose to go with a look that just showcased the tops of the flowers but still was rounded and protruded like a bouquet. In the shadow box I received, my peonies look like they were all glued flatly to the mat board. There was no roundness or depth to the design. The ribbon I had on my original bouquet was a double faced white satin. What was sent back to me was an ivory sheer ribbon. I would much have preferred NO ribbon to a random ribbon that looked nothing like mine. Further the mat board was cut unevenly. There is one side that stands out noticeably as being uneven. When I called Judy at Forever Flowers with my concerns, she told me I'd have to pay for the shipping both ways to send the shadow box back to be fixed. I have already spent over $600 to have my bouquet preserved and put in a shadow box. I don't feel that I should have to spend any more money to have it fixed. When I told Judy how I felt she just said she couldn't do anything to help me and even hung up on me! I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I just received my shadowbox today. I was married in Florida but I live in Las Vegas. I was worried how it would ship here. It came snugly wrapped in bubble wrap and peanuts to protect it during shipping. I am so pleased with the product and I have recommend this to all my friends who are getting married soon in S. For any bride or anyone who wants to do a special Keep Sake Memory of their special event it is a must with this company. They took my idea and just did an amazing job. Judy with Forever Flowers was excellent to work with. I contacted her about a month before my wedding to learn more about freeze drying my wedding bouquet. I knew I wanted it done but didn't know anything about it. I was talking with several different businesses but chose Forever Flowers because Judy was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There were no services like this in my area (Kansas City) but I felt comfortable even though she was in Florida. I paid my deposit and then had my friend package my flowers and send them to Judy after the wedding. Once they arrived Judy contacted me to inform me that they had arrived safely and would be in contact with me in a few weeks. She then sent me the design information sheet to complete and I had a picture mailed to her to include as well. She was very helpful in talking about what I wanted and I totally trusted her and her team to create a beautiful memento from our wedding. When it arrived (about 2.5 months after my wedding), it was package wonderfully and wasn't damaged at all during shipment. It was absolutely beautiful. She choose the perfect color for the matting, ribbon and all the details. I included an invitation, a picture, my bouquet and a handkerchief in the design and it turned out perfect. My husband asked "Are the flowers going to stay that color for forever?". He was amazed how wonderful the flowers looked and seemed to like the finished product too.
