I went today for a passport photo. It was very windy and I asked for a mirror to fix my hair. The lady offered me to see myself in the glass that separates one side of the store from another. I would give 10 Stars, if possible. My aunt passed away and I wanted to get some photos made really quickly. I was told by Robin, Joel, and Marsha (since I called them about 5 times within a few hour period) that they were sorry about my Aunt Laura's death and they would do anything to get those photos done that day. I had some had some technical difficulty on my end getting the pictures uploaded to the website so the day went on. But, I still had time UNTIL I took A1A route to their store which was closed and it took me 45 minutes get there rather than 20. They kept the store open for me and even made photos knowing it was after-hours for them. What a kind, caring and professional group of people that are all family. The pictures came out great and Joel put an 8x10 in the picture frame I bought. I highly recommend them. read more

I am a professional photographer and still use film for the majority of my work. I scan and print from my negatives, so all I get is the film processed and that's it. The folks at Pro-Lab are always happy to oblige and do a great job with the C-41 processing. Their prices are also about half as much as where I used to go. I was immediately helped by Robbin who walked me through my options for enlargement and framing.The photo was for a photography class I was taking. Whatever happened to all the 1 hour photo labs? They are all gone except for this One I found in Pompano. Truly professional, family owned, and always gives me the best customer service. I only take my digital and film images here to be printed. They have the latest technology and they are able to print from phone, negatives, positives, and pretty much anything. Joel can do amazing things with any size image, he's a true artist. And Robin is a fantastic designer if you want your art or picture framed. I'm very grateful to both of them for doing such a spectacular job on taking my (small) canvas and turning into a massive sized framed piece of art. EVERY photo lab I called from Miami-Dade to Palm Beach county said that it was an impossible job to do without creating a massive amount of distortion in the image.
