The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because although they offered a membership during orientation, once my session ended, no one reached out to try to gain my bussiness! First, this little studio is amazingly clean and wow does it smell good inside! I see oils and some other 'smell goods' behind their check in desk - I mostly get the scent of lavender and maybe a little citrus. Second, I have taken only two classes here but both have been incredibly relaxing. A truly wonderful place to destress and shake off the day. I enjoyed both instructors and found the other students friendly and welcoming. There is no mirror and students are encouraged to go at their own pace. I am a Bikram junkie so this was my very first experience with Vinyasa Flow style yoga - I really enjoyed it and left both times feeling really great. So a few things for anyone who has never been here before. You enter right into the studio, so shoes need to come off at the front door, there are cubbies for your gear right there in the front. They have a changing area in the back and their check in desk is in the back of the studio too. Yogi Power Yoga is in a very busy strip mall, parking can be challenging though there is usually more space at the other end by the convenience store. Oh and speaking of strip malls, this studio is next door to a Chinese Food place and standing outside waiting for the studio doors to open might make you hungry. Lastly, if you have never done 'hot' yoga, don't be intimidated, it's nowhere near as hot as it is in the Bikram studios. I hope this place is here for a very long time, I'd like to be able to continue dropping in when I'm in the area.

Today she started her freshman year at CAPA, the Creative And Performing Arts High School of Philadelphia as a dance major. She would never have gotten where she is today without the training and dedication taught to her by the teachers and staff of MND. I highly recommend MND to any parent that is thinking about signing their child up for dance. They offer many styles of dance from the standards like, tap, ballet, and jazz to more modern styles such as hip-hop. The staff is friendly and become more of a family than just the people who work there. I could go on and on about how much my wife and I as well as our children love Motion 'N Dance but, I'll leave it up to you to see for yourself.
