Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

Since then I have been using Chan at Kitchen Concepts for all my kitchen and tile needs. Have done dozens of kitchens with him and they are always high quality and more importantly always on time. I am never short or have anything sent wrong (unless its my fault!) He is always understanding. There are a lot of kitchen cabinet companies popping up and some have tried to give me estimates but most dont speak english or are unable to measure correctly. Asked C service for help & they had to call the Manager & she was useless & couldn't answer me why there was a sing on the pro check out with Op hours until 6:00 PM .So she couldn't process my text to pay transaction. all BS.I was there on 5/28/26 between 4:00 & 5:00 PM.From now on I'm just going to the Home Depot instead.
