One of the worst companies to do business with. After spending several thousand dollars at the Huntington store, I purchased a mosaic tile for a backsplash. I gave the salesman the kitchen plan and placed the order. Unfortunately he miscalculated and we were short several sq ft. When I attempted to order the additional tile , I was informed that it was no longer available. This was after ordering $ 2000 worth of tile. I then went on the internet and found it at several stores in the Huntington area at a PRICE OF $10-12 less per sq ft. less than Siena . I ordered the additional tile elsewhere and called Jorge at the store. He informed me to contact Pablo the owner of Siena. When I attempted to contact Pablo he would say he was too busy to discuss and would call me back. This never occurred. I finally was able to reach him after several attempts. He refused to discuss, advised me that their tile was American and all of the others were made in China and were counterfeit. This was even though I tried to tell him that the boxes and serial numbers were all the same. As I tried to explain , he used several profanities and hung up on me. My advise is this is poor customer service and I would never use this company again. It's horrible to be taken advantage of!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! read more
