They used to have a Celebrity Chef panel, demonstrations, autographs, a chef hosted lunch. Lots of the best local chefs used to participate. A few years back Martha Steward was a host....Things have changed. This year it was mostly a wine bar with some alcohol and some bites. Several of the food venders that were expected were NO SHOWS (and they sounded like some of the better venders so that was disappointing) When I purchased my tickets places such as Crab Corner Seafood House, The Golden Tikki, Echo & Rig, Bowltastic, Ferraro's Ristorante, North Italia, & Cravin Creole were listed as Venders so there was some bait and switch going on. Many of the food venders did not open on time. Not all but many food venders were not on their best game and served food cooled off and one served pork sandwiches directly out of refrigerator. NOT ALL but the majority of what I tried was mediocre. I could have gotten my money's worth if I drank up on the wine or booze. But since it was 95 degrees outside I didn't feel like drinking alcohol so I didn't feel I got my money's worth......So much so that I don't plan to attend next year.

I think for my first time at this event and what I expected vs what I experienced, I say the value was a bit overpriced. $50 flat I think is a solid price point and you would get more folks out there in the space.

I found this shop on social media while visiting Vegas but was not able to go to the farmer's markets to get these... so I messaged the owner on IG and was able to coordinate a delivery to my hotel! All of the flavors we got in the sampler pack were amazing... we tried the classic first and it was a perfect introduction to the caramelized crunch of the outside versus the soft, pillowy texture of the inside. The raspberry had a nice sugar sprinkle on the outside to contrast the tart berry jam on the inside. The guava cheese gave that nice Latina flair, and the churro was sinfully good (perhaps with a dulce de leche on the inside???)! All in all, I would 10/10 recommend the kouign amann from this shop, and I look forward to the next time I can get more when I'm in Vegas next.

It's easy to find using the elevator from the garage for the 420 block. We just went to Floor 2 and it was directly in front of us when the doors opened. I made a reservation ahead of time online. It was $20 per person which included an ornament for painting and 90 minutes in the bar. Drinks, snacks, and keeping the ornament are not included in this cost. The bar had a cute theme/story that was told to us as we walked to our table. I thought that was a cute touch. Our reservation got us a table where they had everything we needed to paint our ornaments. We had a fun time painting while we enjoyed our drinks. The drink menu could have more options and have more of a Christmas tie in. There were only four cocktails and they weren't served with a Christmas theme like most pop ups do. They do offer wine, beer, and snacks which was nice. The ambiance was fun with cool decor, great music, photo backgrounds, and several areas to hang out for awhile. The music was a highlight for me with rap versions of Christmas music that sounded like it was the DMX version. Overall, this is such a fun spot to get in the Christmas spirit. The $20 per person before drinks is probably a little overpriced, but we had such a good time that I didn't mind. I'll definitely try to return next year if they do this again!
