The coffee flavor itself was really good and had that rich, bold taste you'd expect. However, the iced coffee I ordered was served with piping hot espresso poured over ice, which caused the ice to melt immediately while the drink was still warm at the bottom. It ended up feeling inconsistent in temperature from start to finish. I'd love to see them adjust their process and let the espresso cool a bit before serving over ice, it would really improve the overall experience. Still a solid coffee spot with great flavors, just room for improvement in execution.

Aside from an incorrect order (ordered a hot latte and was given a cold latte on one visit) this place is fine. I would confirm that they heard your order correctly before pulling up to the window.

The counter tops were dirty, the area where the napkins and straws are located was dirty. The touch screen that I ordered on was dirty as well. Lastly, the windows to the store were filthy as well. The over all feel of this location was dirty. The workers were drinking their drinks while making mine. That's a personal thing for me, I just don't think it's very sanitary, I can accept that other people may not mind it. Lastly, I ordered an iced green mango tea, I was then informed that this location did not have mango syrup available. So I got an iced green tea. Overall this experience was not great. I fear the lack of social interaction makes many associates not very hospitable. There is a handwritten sign that says you can only order at the register if you use cash ( most of us no longer carry cash). So I had to use the kiosk but hadn't been to this boba spot before and had questions. I felt like I was bothering the team members with my questions about how to order certain things and what certain menu items means (not all boba places are built the same so it seemed natural to ask instead of assume). Clean and healthy ingredients and everything is made to order. Pricing is absolutely phenomenal. I wish there was one in Los Angeles. Absolutely love their smoothies and their juices. The Apple Pie Paradise Smoothie with Biscoff cookies is a new smoothie available from September through November. It's their fall seasonal offering. The smoothie blends apples, cinnamon, yogurt, banana and coconut flavors together. What's special about this smoothie was the biscoff cookie pieces! It's the first time that the restaurant has offered some type of biscoff in their smoothie! The drink was pretty good. It had a apple pie creaminess with a cinnamon spice to it. The biscoff was a nice flavor addition too. Since it's a limited run smoothie, I wanted to try it out! It was totally worth it! She just started typing into the register and going back and forth to ask what code she had to use. She typed it in and brought out the free smoothie with no communication. There was no, would you like to order anything else? There was no upsell. I would assume that a deal like this would be an opportunity for a company to bring in customers and make some money. This staff was not remotely interested in that. They were just in the back making customers wait on them.
