Walked into the location because my son had purchased a suit about two weeks ago and was there…read moretoday to pick it up. I sat down while my son spoke with an employee and waited for his suit. While we were waiting, the key holder--not a manager, from what we were told--wearing a black polo shirt and brown pants, was walking around the store being loud and talking about how he could control the music because he had that "power." He was using his phone and appeared more interested in playing with the music than helping customers. He then saw the employee helping my son and said, "You look like John from Staying Alive," and continued making comments about the employee and the professional suit he was wearing. He then loudly said, "It's time to get jiggy with it," and appeared to press something on his phone. When it didn't work right away, someone joked that maybe he didn't work there anymore. His response was essentially, "Wanna bet? I bet I got the power to turn the music." This went on for a while. Meanwhile, we discovered that my son's suit had apparently been sitting there for two weeks without the alterations/work that was supposed to be done. So we asked, "Now what?" At that point, the same key holder in the black polo came over and took over from the other employee. He told us there was nothing he could do, but there still wasn't any real effort to resolve the situation. The entire time, he seemed to be milling around the store, making comments, playing with the music, and generally creating a very unprofessional atmosphere. And then, before we left, the key holder got into a yelling match with another customer and called the police on that customer. From what we witnessed, the customer was upset about their own issues with the store, but I personally did not see anything that seemed to warrant calling the police. So, to summarize: a store full of customer-service issues, a key holder more concerned about controlling the music and "getting jiggy with it" than helping customers, a suit that had apparently been sitting there for two weeks without the work being completed, and then the police being called when another frustrated customer became upset. Wild. And no, this wasn't a TV show, Punk'd, or some kind of hidden-camera prank. This was MW on a busy Saturday. What an experience.

Once my daughter tried it on, she loudly stated multiple times the dress was "too tight" and said she could not fix it. To make matters worse, she turned to other customers in the store and asked them to comment on whether the dress was too tight. Involving strangers to publicly judge the bride's dress was rude and completely unprofessional. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher. This is one of the most meaningful and emotional moments in her life, and it should be handled with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. We ended up taking the dress back to the original seamstress we had used -- even though she is much farther away -- and she immediately saw the issue we were describing and is correcting it without hesitation.

The second dress, they only took in one side. So I can't even wear the dress......at all. 3. And the kicker. They charged me $92. $92 dollars for a very simple alteration. This wasn't even hard or complicated in the slightest. I'm reading everyone elses alteration stories. They were at least charged a reasonable rate. $92? That is so far beyond ridiculous. The dresses were clearance rack and cost $24. And he charged $92 to alter. That man is insane. Thread hasn't gone up that much. Next stop.....Better Business Bureau to file a claim with photos.

That's not a reasonable or transparent pricing policy. Add undisclosed environmental fees and multi-day turnaround times, and the experience starts to feel like a moving target rather than a service. Prices continue to rise, but communication and reliability continue to fall. This place used to earn repeat business on consistency. I'd welcome a clear explanation from management about pricing standards and why customers aren't told about added fees upfront.

I specifically asked to try on more airline dresses after she had only brought us two and she told me that there was no other airline dresses in the store that would be able to be shipped in our timeframe. When i called back and spoke to another sales lady she informed me not only were their airline dresses in the store. There was also an area of sale dresses that contained multiple airline dresses that we were more than welcome to come back in and try on at a discounted price.. Do NoT Do business with them unless you want your wedding day ruined!!
