If I could give zero stars I would. The gentleman who worked with us was so disrespectful, from the jump. He was short with his responses and gave attitude throughout the whole process. Everything we asked seemed like an inconvenience. I don't know what this man deems as good or even decent customer service but he was far from it. I was going to complain directly with the assistant manager from the store but she carried the same attitude and tone as well. Something that was suppose to be for a joyous event turned into stress and discomfort. This isn't the only Men's warehouse where we have experienced this type of treatment. We will be boycotting the whole company. If it was for my wedding, we would have gone somewhere else. read more

Also, I saved about $680 on a suit (blazer and pants under $400) via a clearance sale, plus shoes, button shirt, and a tie. Great style and perfect for job interviews! I really lucked out at this location in Melbourne, FL. The fitter there knew what he was doing. Suggested great colors / patterns without even really asking me what I wanted. Just did all the work for me with no hassle. Extremely professional. Also, I got my suit tailored that day, which took about 10-15 minutes. I walked out with everything in hand. Just received amazing service today. Went in to rent a suit for my son who is graduating next week. The gentleman who promptly helped me showed me my options. He notified me that buying the suit would be significantly less expensive than renting the suit. We had a very positive experience and will definitely be back when it comes time to purchasing formal wear again. You'd think for a store that caters suits and tuxedos they would know what they are doing. They messed up the order in two different areas and my wedding is in 4 days. We ordered the tuxedos with plenty of time and I'm extremely annoyed they messed up the order without much time to get things straightened. Not to mention, as the bride who went to the shop with the groom and his party, they weren't very inclined to hear my opinion on the clothing. Not impressed with these guys. read more

Came in to buy a suit for my wedding and was stunned by the terrible experience I had. Dale Roneker, the man who "helped" me, who is the STORE MANAGER, was so disinterested and rude to me and my fiancée, and even his employees, that I couldn't believe it. He could not have made us feel more unwanted in his store. Told him I had a budget to stick to and still was trying to push me to buy THREE suits. Why do I need three suits for my wedding?! Even scoffed at me when I asked about possibly renting a suit. I mentioned liking a specific color suit and he refused to acknowledge or pull out any of that color out during the showing of fabric samples. Needless to say, we left empty handed. This was the absolute worst experience that i've ever had at any retail location, I had several issues getting a retail suit package for my wedding. Picked a suit and no one told us that the biggest size it came in was a 46 so we had to go back to the store and pick a different suit and the manager dale fought with us the whole way while trying to do this process. We finally got the suit changed out and as my groomsmen went to get fitted they tried to charge one of them $175 for alterations, because they said that they could not swap the pants out because it was a nested suit, despite the fact that we were told that they could swap out the pants on the suit when we got the package. Had to call the district manager to get a discount on the alterations and to talk to him about how rude their manager dale is in the Melbourne location. The district manager Edgar was nice and agreed to give us a discount on the alterations. After all was said and done we got an email saying the suit was ready for pick during the week, we went in 5 days later to pick the suit up and was told that it was not ready and would not be ready for another day, despite me getting both an email and a voicemail from them saying that the suit was ready. Needless to say I will be making sure that I tell as many people to avoid men's wearhouse. read more

At first I was upset because we had been given the wrong suit for one of the groomsmen. Thankfully an assistant manager drove 2+ hours to our wedding venue to bring us the correct one. There was an issue of us paying for the wrong suit because the suit we should have received was already paid in full for. We tried to work it out the next day with the Men's Warehouse closest to the venue and that wasn't a great experience. They weren't able to refund all of our money, instead opting to give us store credit. I called to complain to the store manager at the original store and without any reserve he fixed the issue for us and made sure we got our money back. We'd had a ton of issues with Men's Warehouse in all different states/stores in getting the men's clothes for our out-of-state wedding but I appreciate the service this store provided to correct the issues that happened. Was able to satisfy the differing opinions of five people with ease. Attentive to the party's needs without being overbearing with his own opinions, but quick to give them when asked. Just received the worst customer service experience, is not enough that I already spent $400 there but have to spend additional for my fitting when my items come in and today I went in to get a coat and accessories which didn't get to because of the lack and rudeness in the customer service just wow sorry to say will not be spending anymore money at this store and considering returning my purchase I do not endorse rudeness or lack of service, if customers wanting to purchase items and have go through you the sale agent to do it and that's a bother to you than you are in the wrong job and just the same when there is customers in the store everything else can wait customers comes first!!!! read more
